Bioidentical Hormone Replacement

Haven't posted in a while. Been on 200mg TRT for about 80 days now. My Testosterone was at 462. Free Testosterone 6.9. My 6 week blood test was: Testosterone 924. Free Testosterone 23.03. I weighed 219 from the start and today I'm 234. Overall I'm not really happy on my looks. I've added about 50lbs to my bench pressing and leg workouts and about 10lbs such as curling, etc. I've seemed to gain some fat in the stomach area so I cut back on the calories a bit, and added a Five mile daily walk in my routine about 2 weeks ago. I was 233 two weeks ago, and I've gained a pound since then. I feel like I'm eating a very healthy diet and meeting my daily protein levels, but my stomach seems to keep more and more fat. The Doc said not to worry and that it'll go away eventually. Also said a lot of of is water retention. What's your experience with stomach fat? Most that I read says I need to be around 4k calories a day, but that seems to be killing me.

What? For fat loss?

Google "Basal Metabolic Rate" work from there.

There is no way you need 4K calories. You are gaining fat because you are eating in excess.

You need to do what @grey said and find out your maintence calories.

You can eat healthy all day long but when you go too far into excess calories the body stores the energy also known as fat.

4000kcal is a lot of cals, i'm 200# and that would be a stout bulking load for me. not to mention, its not easy to consume 4000kcals of real food in a day.
i bet 3000 is closer to a maintenance level for you.

Are you taking an anti estrogen?
No I'm not. All I'm doing is 200 mg Testosterone weekly from my Dr. I'm getting my 90 day blood work done next week, and I think I'm going to get out from underneath my Dr. after that and go on my own. This was my first time ever doing Testosterone, and I was a little scared to do it on my own.
I'm hoping some of you guys can help me with a nice recipe. Feel free to send me a PM.

This is a little example how many calories I'm burning in one group ride. I'm burning over 4k calories in one bike ride, which I do on average of four times a week. Plus I'm putting in my 10,000 steps that equals 5 miles everyday, and working out almost everyday. That's why I've been trying to eat 4000 calories a day. 29025583_1837953686216105_698134551574085632_n.jpg

Stop all this long slow cardio crap until you build up muscle mass. This is going to make you happier about your looks, more of the same bullshit you have been overdoing for this long wont. See also: definition of insanity.

The calorie figure is going to be VASTLY overstating your burn given how efficient you would have become at these forms of exertion as well.

If you try and stay with this program, you will get nowhere. Too many badly calibrated inputs and pilot overcorrections will just mean you have no control over the aircraft.

Drop back and simplify this shit by a factor of 10.

Brother most of us bike around Lake Hefner and call that a work out you bike from Norman around Lake Hefner and then back that's just crazy. There's no way you're going to gain muscle with that much cardio. What are your goals right now specifically? Lower-fat I get that... what else?

There is a 0% chance you burned that many calories on that ride. Don't go off of that number.
I take it you're not a cyclist. Yes cyclist burn upwards of 1000 calories per hour. Our average was actually 17 mph on this ride but I failed to turn off my auto stop on my computer on this ride.

I am a cyclist. You don't burn that many calories at that speed and elevation change. Most apps way overestimate. 17 mph is not fast and if you are in a group you are drafting and making it easier.

So basicly it worked for you. You're just complaining about the cost? Compared to a 12 week cycle. He's charging me $240 for twelve weeks.

Bioidentical .... sigh.

10ml of test at 250mg/ml is about $30, that'll last you well over 3 months.

Some Adex is dirt cheap. Done.

Not really sure I would have posted a picture of my exact route and starting point which I assume is your house.... on a site talking about illegal substances... but hey, that’s just me I suppose.. lol.

It's not even the town I live in. If our government has the man power to come arrest me just for talking about it :) I'd be willing to stay a night in jail so I could make the paper that I was arrested for discussing steroids. Hell. We had three cops dealing steroids here, and they didn't even arrest them and let them resign before they were fired. They can easily obtain our IP addresses from this site if they really want to come after us.

Yeah and Norman had those officers that were getting blowjobs behind the 7-Eleven as well. Hence the Norman phrase
"Lick it or Ticket"

I just had my 90 day blood work. I was at 40.2 Estrogen. My chart showed high range is at 40. I'm .2 above, but the Dr said it wasn't high enough to worry yet. By the way my Testosterone was 724, which is about 200 points lower than my 6 weeks blood test. My Test free dropped by two points also down to 20.

Agree with a lot except pulling ip addresses. But when you posted that map, I was just making sure your starting point wasn’t your home. I know you will think it’s silly, but I’ve seen people post their own address in a image before.... before we asked to have it removed. Just trying to keep people safe is all bud.

Of course officers will take care of their own. It’s only human nature to take care of your comrade. I can’t blame them.

For many yes a ip find Would be easy since most don’t hide behind a good vpn and other masking devices which is silly to think law won’t come after you, or use anything typed as evidence especially if your ip was linked to whatever. For me, I take security seriously and hide behind several layers.

Of course, he did. My question is how he can sustain this level of activity on only 4000 kcal per day.
