Same experience here. My order didn't get shipped when the boys at Bio thought it would, and Stretch and D were very quick to respond and very quick to make it right - scratch that, MORE THAN MAKE IT RIGHT!
I was cool with it from the very beginning, and I never did sweat it when it didn't show up right away. I figured they were busy, and I trusted that it would show up.
As I have stated here before, I never judge someone by their honest mistakes, rather I judge them by how they respond once they are aware of the mistake. And using this criteria, I would say Stretch and the boys went ABOVE AND BEYOND in making it right. I didn't expect anything extra - I basically told Stretch "I have no expectations for getting anything extra out of this, you do what you think is right".
I really would have been fine just receiving what I ordered.
But Stretch doubled my order, anyways, when he really didn't have to. That impressed me.
