I have been mulling over self prescribed trt to avoid what y ou are doing right now but im nit sure about the commitment. .. if I couldnt get test in a zombie apocalypse what would I do? be a skinny zombie meal I guess.

I know its controversial, especially at my age (23), but I am on self prescribed trt. For over a year now. I was that classic dumbass we all give shit to on here who started gear at 18 despite having a clue what I was doing. It jacked me up. Came off and went through suppressed T for over 3 years thinking I was depressed. Went on Prozac, even adderral as my doc thought maybe it was ADD as I couldn't focus either. My life, body, everything was shit. The worst was my mental state (which comes and goes but 100000x times better). I went to an endo as my doc was curious after 2 years of this and finally explaining what I had done. Turns out I did have very low T. lower 15% of where guys my age should be. I had permantly shut myself down. The endo refused to give me TRT despite of this because of my age and his "ethical beliefs" on hormone therapy. I couldnt be happier with my decision and I have regular bloodwork done.

It is a committment and only do it if you NEED to. I wish I hadnt of fucked myself up bad, but I dont mind trt. I know it helps me and keeps me mentally on track as well as physically. I trt with test prop too and the ed pinning doesnt bother me a bit. I just rotate 8-10 sites.

Just got lab results using BL prop for TRT use. Top of the chart. :)

Thanks Stretch!

Awesome.

Your feedback was something I was really looking forward to, since you've been on TRT for so long you have a solid idea of what your blood levels are supposed to be at a given dose.

You said you became permanently shut down? If you don't mind what were your T levels? My T levels were below average for my age and I had never touched anything anabolic or horomone related. I was coming in at a whopping 539 but the average for my age apparently is mid to to high 600's. I looked at this Male Normal Testosterone Levels - Average Ranges by Age in Men | Free Blood Table and Chart and according to the chart I am coming in at the levels of a 60+ year old man. :(

Funny, that test calculator links to a T replacement site. They would probably tell you to start TRT even if you were in the 700s. Your T level is fine. Fuck that site.

Mine were in the high 2s. 296 if I remember correctly. That was from aas use at 18 and pounding my body were drugs for 2 years after while coming off gear.

I'm 39 and hadn't done a cycle since my late 20's and had a 212 total and 29 free. My Dr started me on the lozenges 4 times a day and it has worked but a blast is currently under way.

I saw the advertisement and the only thing that caught my attention is that he used a reference. "Androgens and the Aging Male". Though I don't know the credibility of the reference . I think my T levels did drop somewhere in my early to mid twenties b/c my ability to recover from workouts greatly diminished, I started having trouble keeping weight off (I have to do intense fucking cardio), became lethargic, my libido plummeted, and I started having severe anxiety. I don't know the problem, doctors find nothing wrong, they just give me psych meds :p. But when I take AAS all my symptoms disappear, the anxiety included.

On another note, my GP doctor said anything under 400 is low and could warrant TRT even for somebody in their twenties apparently.

pic of results?
I don't know if you were referring to me but here they are.

I was only taking 17mg/day of prop and had stopped all adex, however it looks like I may need to go back on it.

I'm pretty impressed with the IGF and DHEA as well.
