Whenever you puke, make sure to brush the stomach acid off your teeth asap. It will eat your enamel.

Dental enamel erosion can become problematic for those with chronic acid exposure such as severe Gastro-Esophageal Reflux disease or certain eating disorders such as Anorexia Nervosa and Bollmia, however one or two episodes of vomiting will not cause enamel decay..

That being said it's probably a good idea to brush or gargle with a mouth wash unless you prefer a fetid form of halitosis.

It is wise to eat fruit (which also has citric acid) but avoid other sources of citric acid.

I like Monster sugar free energy drinks, but only have 1 a day due to their citric acid content.

I updated my thread in the main forum with bf%, weight and stregth. I've dropped considerbly with an increase in strength and slight decrease in weight. I'm liking the Primo.

I read an article somewhere that said the enamel loss experienced by bulimics was the result of stomach acid softening the dental enamel temporarily and then brushing immediately. According to the article, brushing right after vomiting removes more enamel than doing nothing. I believe the recommendation was to rinse and wait 30 minutes before brushing. Not sure if factual or not but it makes sense.

Regardless, losing some enamel sounds better than having a "fetid form of halitosis."
