Skipped a day on the log, working from home today so let's start the day off with an update, shall we?
Hit the gym at work yesterday for a bit of arm work, felt fine. The shoulder is holding up well (my problem was/is at the A-C joint), but for some reason i've been having pain at the tip of the acromium process. I think it was from the shitty pads on the standing calf raise machine, gonna avoid it and see if that doesn't help.
Got home to a care package, 6 geno inserts. No pen included, but with a bit of help from
@flenser my dumb ass figured out how to make the inserts work without a big production. Thanks, flenser! Felt frisky after seeing those, so i pinned my prop and 80 mg of suspension and went back to the gym for round two, chest and tricep work. Really feeling the recovery now, gonna take advantage of it. If i feel like lifting, i'll lift. Keeping the weight reasonable, lower weight and higher reps last night to avoid injury.
So i pinned 2 iu of genotropin this morning, haven't fallen over dead yet, which is nice. I'm very excited about the GH. I pinned it into my abdomen today. I"ll move it up to my shoulder area next week and start circling my shoulder, get my healing on. Plan on pinning a bit of suspension and hitting legs today, after waiting to ensure i don't have any sort of adverse reaction to the gh. High rep low weight today since i did legs wednesday. I feel great. The prop kick really made a difference. Loving it, it's like fast-forwarding to week 6 of a test e run.
Speaking of prop, i took
@Astro Labs challenge and gave his prop a whirl last night, i was still smarting from the titan prop. Based on color, the base oils are different (i think titan is using GSO, astro uses safflower oil). The verdict? NO PIP TODAY. Thanks, astro, i don't know what kind of fairy dust you put in your prop, but keep doing whatever it is you do with it.
Weight is hovering around 218, still in a caloric deficit, i track my calories/macros rigorously. I may keep a 300 cal deficit and try to lose the "love handles" and get my bf down. I'm not as interested in blowing the fuck up anyway, so i'll play it by ear. The goal at the end of this is to have quality lbm. Getting enough protein from whole foods is a real challenge, i'm relying on shakes far more than i should. Better that than nothing, though. The wife's nutritionist put her on a 1400 cal/day cut, so she eats tiny little piles of nothing. Gonna go get a 2 lb ribeye later and make up for some lost time. mmmm, meat.
Nipple update (you sick fucks, you've done nothing but think about my nipples, haven't you?). Still taking 20 mg aro and 20 mg nolva a day, the nips are almost back to normal. Due to start my HCG today. I checked the batch i bought from a non-meso source (clnandclr.net), shocker, i'm not pregnant. I have an ovitrelle pen on the way, should be here any day.
Basically i feel great. The shoulder is good, other than residual pip and the acromion process being a bit tender, but those are transient. I have been charming every woman in a 50 foot radius, i have to recall sport fucking is off my list of activities. The Mrs. would not approve. Think i should ask her? Naaaaah, probably not.
