@lightspan I was wondering about injecting my injured shoulder instead belly fat. Not much fat on my shoulder, though, it could be a challenge finding enough to pin. You have any data on it making a difference?

no data yet. a couple papers. this one: http: //www. ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/4034296 indicates zero difference between IM and subQ injections on serum GH and IGF levels, patient preference was for SubQ based on comfort (study in children);

this one: http: //www. ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/22961272; suggesting localized injections improve tendon collagen synthesis (study in elderly males).

i agree, tough to get a decent subQ shot in the shoulder area, going to try it and if i wind up doing IM, so be it, i'll see what the local effect is, if any. crossing my fingers that it has the desired effect.
 
Skipped a day on the log, working from home today so let's start the day off with an update, shall we?

Hit the gym at work yesterday for a bit of arm work, felt fine. The shoulder is holding up well (my problem was/is at the A-C joint), but for some reason i've been having pain at the tip of the acromium process. I think it was from the shitty pads on the standing calf raise machine, gonna avoid it and see if that doesn't help.

Got home to a care package, 6 geno inserts. No pen included, but with a bit of help from @flenser my dumb ass figured out how to make the inserts work without a big production. Thanks, flenser! Felt frisky after seeing those, so i pinned my prop and 80 mg of suspension and went back to the gym for round two, chest and tricep work. Really feeling the recovery now, gonna take advantage of it. If i feel like lifting, i'll lift. Keeping the weight reasonable, lower weight and higher reps last night to avoid injury.

So i pinned 2 iu of genotropin this morning, haven't fallen over dead yet, which is nice. I'm very excited about the GH. I pinned it into my abdomen today. I"ll move it up to my shoulder area next week and start circling my shoulder, get my healing on. Plan on pinning a bit of suspension and hitting legs today, after waiting to ensure i don't have any sort of adverse reaction to the gh. High rep low weight today since i did legs wednesday. I feel great. The prop kick really made a difference. Loving it, it's like fast-forwarding to week 6 of a test e run.

Speaking of prop, i took @Astro Labs challenge and gave his prop a whirl last night, i was still smarting from the titan prop. Based on color, the base oils are different (i think titan is using GSO, astro uses safflower oil). The verdict? NO PIP TODAY. Thanks, astro, i don't know what kind of fairy dust you put in your prop, but keep doing whatever it is you do with it.

Weight is hovering around 218, still in a caloric deficit, i track my calories/macros rigorously. I may keep a 300 cal deficit and try to lose the "love handles" and get my bf down. I'm not as interested in blowing the fuck up anyway, so i'll play it by ear. The goal at the end of this is to have quality lbm. Getting enough protein from whole foods is a real challenge, i'm relying on shakes far more than i should. Better that than nothing, though. The wife's nutritionist put her on a 1400 cal/day cut, so she eats tiny little piles of nothing. Gonna go get a 2 lb ribeye later and make up for some lost time. mmmm, meat.

Nipple update (you sick fucks, you've done nothing but think about my nipples, haven't you?). Still taking 20 mg aro and 20 mg nolva a day, the nips are almost back to normal. Due to start my HCG today. I checked the batch i bought from a non-meso source (clnandclr.net), shocker, i'm not pregnant. I have an ovitrelle pen on the way, should be here any day.

Basically i feel great. The shoulder is good, other than residual pip and the acromion process being a bit tender, but those are transient. I have been charming every woman in a 50 foot radius, i have to recall sport fucking is off my list of activities. The Mrs. would not approve. Think i should ask her? Naaaaah, probably not.

Hey kids, miss me? :D Busy weekend, so not much in the way of writing the great american novel here. Spent the bulk of the day yesterday (6 hrs) driving to/from the wife's annual family gathering. With two kids under the age of 5. Fortunately neither of them got pissed off.

Friday morning was legs, high volume. Did 3x12 at 135 of pause squats and wanted to die. My legs are coming along, going to add one day of tom platz style legs (thanks to millard for posting a tom platz thread and giving me the idea), which can be summarized as "lift until you can't walk." That guy had such amazing legs, mad respect. That plus a "normal" leg day every week should bring the wheels along. I couldn't help myself and took a shot with deads to see what i could comfortably pull. 3 x 365. I stopped there, pleased with that.

Took the day off lifting and pinning yesterday. I was due for another prop pin, but i simply was tired of my delts feeling like someone took a ball peen hammer to them. I'll pick up the prop again tomorrow. If i could stick it in my own ass then i would never leave the house...wait, i mean i would not have to pin my delts and quads all the time. I'm just not that coordinated and flexible. Since prop and my quads don't play nice, i'm stuck with delts. Tomorrow i'll stab away. Today i am going to slather a bunch of voltaren on them, hook back four advil and relish the lack of delt pain.

Weighed in at 221 this morning, the aromasin is keeping the water down somewhat, but it's there. The nolva finally killed the enlarged nipples too, no bitch tits for me, thanks. Will stop the nolva today, drop the aromasin to eod. Noticed in the pool yesterday that my knees were mighty sore, think i overshot and crushed by estro levels. A bit of time should fix that. Running the gh at 2iu every morning, i'm now sleeping like the dead. love that. it will be a couple months to see any noticeable effects, i'm excited about it though. patience is the key, nothing happens overnight. unless you snort tren powder, or so i read in another thread. :D

Still running a caloric deficit, i seem to be leaning out a bit and i can see a bit of definition that wasn't there before. Again, the prop kickstart with suspension interspersed got this cycle rolling nicely, could not be more pleased. at this rate i'm heading for a significant gain, in excess of 20 lbs, and much of it lbm. two words: fuck. yeah.

This morning i did back and bis for around 2 hours. 80 mg of suspension in left quad prior to gym. I'm feeling the endurance and improved strength, i feel like i could just keep lifting all day. I love it, the focus, the pump, the mind-muscle connection was all there today. Another fatty stomping around giving everyone the stink eye again. I hate that shit, it's distracting. Go be angry and confrontational somewhere else. I understand you're angry that you have bitch tits and your ass looks like my wife's did after she had our sons. Step away from the donuts.

I may be a bit touchy what with the suspension and high tt levels generally, but sunday mornings are my time to focus without a bunch of traffic in the gym. Dudes who do laps and go out of their way to walk close to you and eyeball you need to fuck right off. You know the type. If you don't, then you're that guy and you need to stop that shit. :) Next time i'm going to "accidentally" dump a loaded bar on anyone doing this.

Work is crushing me, gotta spend the day in front of the compy (excluding the World Cup final). Need to look at labs for MS analyses and draft a "MS for dummies" guide. Slacking on my Meso duties. MS for titan gear will eventually come in, i may have bloodwork before then.

On that note, in the words of my favorite latest, greatest, "flash in the pan" new source Levram, later hoes!
 
Wanted to say thanks, tried your "warming the syringe up in the heating pad" trick, and brought my pip down to just a day, and hardly any at that. Was warming it up in water, which had me at 2-3 days of discomfort. I love prop, but also like you, I don't like the constant pinning.
 
Lightspan how is the aromasin treating you at e3d? its availability in your body should be gone if not insignificant when it comes to that day of administration. Anything flaring up? Then again your test isn't too high....

Nolva works for me, haven't tried clomid for on cycle gyno issues. Seems like nolva is the standard choice from my reading, but I cannot give you a good reason as to why. I bet someone else here can though. Bueller? Bueller? Bueller?

At e3d with the prop and suspension I was getting some early gyno flare up. I've been taking it ed since my nipple started getting large and in charge, and added nolva (20 mg) for four days. Dropping back to eod, my e levels seem to be in check now and my nascent bitch tits have gone back from whence they came.

I'm thinking a moderate dose daily will wind up being the most useful. Right now I have 20 mg caps and they are a pain to split so I'll do eod until my pharma tabs come in, then try 12.5 mg ed. Stay tuned...

half life of 27 hours suggests moderate doses eod, lower doses ed to keep e in check but not crush it. i quickly discovered e3d is too cyclical, gives oscillating e levels. i basically had hot flashes after the first day of taking it. the pk is all over the map until test is steady state, i feel like i'm kind of chasing levels pinning prop, suspension and enanthate. in a week and i'll be down to enanthate only (unless astro throws more suspension in my next pack, HINT HINT Astro :D). Should make managing levels and dosing a bit less of a game of whack a mole.
 
Nolva doesnt make me want to vomit like clomid does. IMO only reason to use clomid is if your running tren or deca, since nolva will exacerbate the other type of gyno those two AAS produce.
 
Where were we? Yesterday was chest and tris, much to my delight i had slight doms in my triceps today. i hammered the shit out of them, but lately hammering on a body part doesn't make me sore, so apparently i did a good job. apparently test is pretty much in full force, i am healing ridiculously fast.

Lifted at my work gym yesterday. That place makes me feel like a fucking god, i'm the biggest sumbitch in there and am the only person i have ever seen pull dumbells off the third rack (80+ lbs). It's all relative, in the gym by my house i'm not exactly a giant. Viva the work gym! Where a bunch of lawyers huff and puff and curl 20 lb dummbells, and i look like a goddamned monster! back off bitches, imma fuck some shit up!

One of my colleagues apparently decided to start lifting, watching him do half squats in the smith machine nearly had me pissing my pants. I applaud his efforts, but the comedy of his overhead presses, weaving from side to side holding a shorty bar with 20 lbs on it, was nearly too much to bear without laughing. poor bastard.

I'm not a nice man. i'm ok with that.

I made sure to grunt and sweat and generally be a fucking animal in his honor, and to freak him the fuck out so he won't come back and crowd the place up. with the weaving and whatnot he's liable to clock me with a bar or something. The women at the work gym? They don't quite know what to make of me either. Some are...intrigued, i think most are scared. hehehehehehe. come hither, work gym bitches.

Last night was a prop pin in the right delt, enanthate in the right quad. A bit of pip from the enanthate, about the same from the prop. I will not ride astro's dick, as has become quite the fashion amongst the noob massive, but i'd probably pay some chick to stroke it for him, his prop ain't got no pip. hell yes.

This morning was 80 mg of suspension in my left delt, realized i hadn't cleared the air from changing needles. I pull back after drawing to clear the 18 g, then switch to a 25 g and (usually) push until air is cleared. This time, for whatever reason, i forgot. After poking myself, i saw the air, pulled and cleared it, then poked again. It was unpleasant. as i get to the bottom of this bottle of suspension, the suspension has gotten a bit "choppy" in the syringe. it's hard to get an even injection speed, the plunger moves in fits and starts. Result was a painful injection between the two stabs and the uneven push. I got to the gym, grabbed a 10 lb weight and did lateral raises with my right arm until i couldn't lift any more. it helped, but that shit was not fun.

today was my first "platz" leg day. i decided to do 10 sets of 10, and picked a weight i thought i could manage. i think i went a bit light, i got all of 'em:

Squats - 10 x 10 @ 135 (light)
Leg Press - 10 x 10 @300 (light)
leg curls for the hammies 10 x 10 @ 80 (light)
calf presses on the leg press - 4 x 25 @ 300 (about right)

the pump was stupid, i was hobbling around for a bit but have been fine most of the day since. i'll jack the weight up next week. i like the ridiculous volume, i can feel it bashing my muscles, although at about set 7 i'm just like "wtf, another fucking 3 sets????"

my gym near home is populated by cartoon characters. one: the young guy with the 20"biceps doing half squats (a pet peeve of mine, pull a couple plates off the bar and stop squatting like a bitch), with his gf with slightly flabby ass in tow, oohing and ahhhing at the right moments. two: the 40ish chick who has such low bf she's unpleasant to look at. she could be attractive with a couple ticks of bf%, but for the fact that her face is wrecked. i mean like double bagger, one bag for her head, one for mine. she gives me a soft-on.

i need a membership to a chain gym just so i can see hotties. my gym is populated by a bunch of lifters, and the flock of women is not large nor impressive. on the upside, mrs. lightspan is shrinking and her lifts are going up, so she can be the hot gym chick i molest. role play anyone? "oooh, lightspan, what a BIG MUSCLE you have!!!" :D

work is still killing me, i squeeze in lifting and this log, but have fuck all time for anything else. it's not going to let up soon either. fuck working for the man.
