Bioteq Labs is scamming people

Hello,

Just a quick post to avoid people to get scammed by Bioteq Labs since I didnt find myself any info about this vendor before I ordered on their main website

I ordered on december 16 2025.

Didnt get any confirmation before december 23 2025. They edited an invoice and updated my order statut with the "Shipped" mention. They didnt update the order with tracking number or sent any email.



In between these two phases I sent a bunch of mail to get any information about order but they of course never responded.

Yesterday January 8 2026 I sent an ultimate mail telling them I will have to post on forum to avoid other people to get scammed. Some hour later they deleted all my order history but "luckily" I saved the invoice file.





Apparently this brand sailing on other website but I wont inject anything coming from a brand that is actively scamming people.

Maybe my reply is a bit harsh -> But Then I do not know why T F you ordered......

The good part is you didn't actually order anything at all - so cheap learning funds thrown out the window, it might be for you ?

I don’t really see the point in chasing cheaper options when you can buy everything from reliable sellers who’ve been trusted for years.

You know it is a shit time of year for shipping right when u ordered. I try never order around that time

They are sailing on others websites same price range even offering discount. For the shipping EU to EU is hella fast, by the meantime I got an order delivered. I like to test new brand time to time and I ordered on different website other than my main source these past years, I got only one issue and I got refund. The main issue here is that they are dishonest so injecting product from them doesnt sound good.
