I am scared shitless of birds. If one is anywhere near me I freak out. I've been to pigeon park quite a few times in old San Juan. Scariest place in the world. LOL. But yet my favorite MLB team is the Orioles. Go figure.

I thought I had owls by my house. I kept hearing a hooting sound. I heard during the daytime too. Learned that some owls are active during the day(diurnal). Kept looking for it. Then I learned the most common hooting bird isn't even an owl. It was the mourning dove I kept hearing.

Big birds know their place in life. It's those crazy little birds that swoop down and terrorize us ground stompers.

I didn't realize how odd birds were until I scrolled through the pictures in the thread. Beautiful but odd creatures.

I saw this one day and it blew my mind. Animals are so damn smart. The lammergeier - bearded dragon. Drops bones from high above to shatter them into swallowable Pieces. Skip to 2:20.
