Birthday/Summer Shred Time by BEANZ!

On a side note. I know I'm up about 15 lbs since may 4th. And I feel strong and look semi good I guess. But I snap pictures and I'm not that impressed. Maybe it's my heavily tattooed body not showing much definition that may be there and vascularity as well. But it's kinda discouraging.

I know this is my first real bulk but man I like the shredded look.

So two things happend today that was odd.

1. I saw a guy go through and wait in the panda express drive thru at 8:45 am while I was going to the gym. Fucking gross.

2. Got a random rager while on the bike while warming up. No hot chick's around, no weird thoughts just BOOM, boner in shorts. Super awkward and u had to pull the whole waist band trick haha

I'm out.

Ps my traps are looking nice. Maybe almost as good as @OdieM. ;)

pretty sure I got food poisoning from this shitty burger I ate at a dive bar last night. Woke up this morning felt like I got hit by a freight train, throwing up, hot sweats and cold sweats chest hurting. Maybe just 24 bug but I've only been able to eat a couple saltine crackers and sprite.

My schedule has changed so much in thr last two weeks that my eating has fallen off a bit. Not horrible but I haven't been able to get all my meals in properly. Just need to suck it up and stop making EXCUSES!

Drink plenty of gatorade and water as you don't want to get dehydrated. I've had that happen some time ago due to bad mayonnaise...took 2 days to get rid of it.
 
In my opinion you haven t got a good result with this cycle....
Yeah first batch of tren <5 weeks in> was under dosed,found out that through the grape vine. Ordered new tren and started that 6th week in and I uped my dose to 625 a week and I feel it. However it is very difficult to bulk on tren. I'm happy with my 15lb weight gain, no water and my strength is incredible but that's the risk we take. Either way I look better then I did at 168lb and now I'm 185 but I would definetly like to be more leaner. Half a cycle waste IMO. Oh well shit happens
 
So quick update:

I pinned 200mg of tren todayo_O ordered more and I got 4 weeks left so I'm gonna do 800 a week and say fuck it and see what happens.

I like bulking but I've decided that my 31st bday [early august ] I want abs. So I'm gonna lower my carbs and keep my protein and fats high.see what happens.

Good news I cam squat 185 with ease and 225 comfortably, also with leg press 720 but today,I can barley move. And I'm talking about my ciatic (spelled right?) I fucked something up and I'm paying for it madly.
