Bitch-ass clen headache - help a brother out!

hey guys, anybody have any good words on major headaches on clen? my first time, yesterday morning - 40 mcg. this shit set in on me like crazy - i was shaky, occasionally felt twitchy. which surprised me, because i usually have an extremely high tolerance to most substances. This ripping headache set in, and I've had it for about 26 hours. it feels like that headache where you overstrain doing squats and it feels like you blew a gasket in your head. hurts to move the head quickly and stuff.

anybody heard anything/have any experience here?

btw: 1) yes, i did shake the bottle before I dosed and 2) i have discontinued use

From now on use taurine with Clen. I know it helps with muscle cramps, so it could also help with the headache. Can't remember exact dosages; I used about 5g a day of T with Clen.

Thanks for the advice, bro! I'll check that out. Did you ever experience any headaches? I've read something about headaches being caused by high blood pressure - some guys get them from the fat-burners, some from AAS like anavar...

Bad headaches at first only; then I went down to 20mcg and never busted the 40mcg barrier during the cycle. Never used it since.

you really should have started with 20mcg so you could prevent these types of things
