Gotham Steel makes the griddle and all the other cool ones. The one I have is a cheap knockoff version.

I'm confused? Why would you not was any pan? I wash my cast iron then immediately dry the spray with olive oil. Like 12 yrs old still looks newDon't you use those pans like you use a cast iron pan. No soap to clean, season the pan every now and then? Thinking of buying a set of nice cookware for the wife. She loves cast iron but those copper pans look gooder
