Favorite snack while cutting or bulking an why

But yes of course greek yogurt I eat like 2 of these aday 15g protien in each little cup. U can get a big box of em at cosco for like $8 if I remember right20240205_064033.jpg
 
If you’re serious about either goal snacking shouldn’t be a thing.

When you’re eating to grow snacking should be a physical impossibility. If you can snack you can eat more food oriented directly to your goal.

When dieting, snacking is just wanting food over your achieving a goal.

If you are at terms with this, then nothing beats low cal popcorn for snacking while dieting.

I agree 100% i basically never snack especially if its not high protien, or just trying to spike.my blood sugar.

If I'm in a pinch ,I will throw a bunch of snack foods together , tuna, boiled eggs, turkey jerky, chicken salad , PB an j turkey sandwich mabe a shake what ever I can an make a meal out of it. As long as I'm getting my protien in

I have a bad ass ice chest backpack, if im out of my house at all over 3 hrs it comes with me.

Yep thats what I drink. BTW - why dont more bodybuilders eat non-fat greek yogurt? Seems like it would be a staple. Is it just the small amount of lactose?
It's not the easiest thing to get down, just feels really dense and IMO too tangy, sometimes I'll eat it with a little sugar free jello powder though, helps with the flavor and gives it a kinda moussey consistency.

Best milk ever in imo, check the macros.

Some times I'll add a big splash of liquid egg whites and scoop of chocolate milk poweder.

I can get 50g protien in quick and it sits in my stomach much than protien powders
Took your advice and picked some up at the store. It's very good, and it's definitely way more macro friendly than other Milks. The added vitamins is a plus also.

Still wouldn't say it's better than TG Lee 2%, but it is good.

I really like the Twin Peaks Ingredients protein puffs on a cut, my favorite is the Jalapeno Cheddar flavor. Serving size 1 cup, 120 calories, 21 grams protein, 3 grams fat and 2 grams carbs. Or if you have sweet cravings go for some sugar free jello with sugar free whipped cream. Not the healthiest ingredients but beats caving on a pint of Ben and Jerrys lol
