I am going to buy one at the Job Lot near me as I heard those pans are good.
No cooking spray? I heard you have to season it after say (100?) uses or so?
I use butter or olive oil or whatever but honestly you wouldn't need it. It's a great piece of cookware

Don't you use those pans like you use a cast iron pan. No soap to clean, season the pan every now and then? Thinking of buying a set of nice cookware for the wife. She loves cast iron but those copper pans look gooder

No, not like cast iron. Here's the directions.
My first use was excellent! No spray no oil. Easy to clean, little bit of eggs got stuck on the bolts....not a big deal though.
Best pan ever. I'm getting the square one with the high sides for all sorts of dinner goodness.
Your review of it a while back is the reason I wanted to get one. Didn't wanna spend much on one. Got lucky and saw this one in an ad Thursday.

Ya I got 2 of the exact same pan myself. Plus you can use it on an induction stove top, not all pans will work on them.

I dont shop very often. I went into the city to get a new phone cord because mine broke, I did not even realize it was Black Friday, never been out on Black Friday before. Best Buy.....fuck me never again. People running through the store stinking like BO, 1hr in line was a fucking nightmare. Plus the only thing that wasn't on sale was my phone cords.
