I made this post in the hopes of people sharing their long term experiences on b&c/trt. And to discuss questions with each other. There are a lot of stories shared especially on reddit but here, it’s scattered throughout.
There is a lot of different opinion about
-Preserving/regaining fertility.
-Keeping a healthy libido long term
As for the fertility, some say to use HCG throughout the whole b&c/trt, or at least periodically to keep your balls active. Some trt clinics also prescribe trt this way.
But on the other hand, some say not to use HCG long term because of the probability of total desensitization in the Leydig cells. That leads to the problem when you actually want to have children and try to raise your sperm count, you can’t because of years using HCG. I really hope if somebody could clear this up for me.
As for the libido, it’s also a weird topic. Most of the guys that are on trt/cruise says that when they increase the dosage of the test after being years on it their libido goes down. Some says that there is a “honeymoon” phase in the beginning of six month, because of your natural test still around and after that, your sex drive goes down. (To me, it sounds bro science but I can accept it).
Now when I went on huge 28 weeks cycle (a cruise phase between two blast) I didn’t notice any of this. My libido was amazing throughout. Maybe this wasn’t as much time and everybody reacts differently.
My question is that is this still a thing on b&c?
Does your libido goes down gradually while doing it for years?
I’ve seen that dialing in estrogen and prolactin levels with AIs, and caber can often help or solve the issue
