Bloat - diarrhea - vomiting

I have a complicated situation and hoping someone can relate and help out

For a few months now I’ve had random occurrences of bloating diarrhea and vomiting.

Initially I assumed it was food poisoning….then I thought maybe I’m lactose intolerant…..Now I now it’s neither of the 2, as it’s continued every 2-3 weeks & without lactose.

When it does happen, I’ll have a meal and experience immediate discomfort and a bloated feeling……as soon as I feel this, I can predict %1000 what’s coming next……I’ll have diarrhea within a hour and soon after I get a nauseous feeling with leads to me vomiting……after vomiting I’ll feel relief and by the next day the diarrhea dies down.

I shit regularly, so I assume it’s not a digestion issue….but maybe I’m wrong

This is not daily, not necessarily weekly…..buts it’s been happening often enough to definitely not be a coincidence……

Has anyone experienced anything like this on cycle or in general? I know a Dr visit is %100 necessary, however I’d like to have some input in the meantime…….

I’ve been running 200-300 Tren E along with 400-500 Test…

Can anyone relate or chime in? This is killing my progress and making me paranoid to eat a proper amount…..

First thing I’d do is drop the tren and get some basic labs done just to rule out anything obvious.

Tren can mess with digestion, but a repeating pattern like this every couple of weeks is worth looking into. A lot of the time the issue isn’t the gear itself but the support meds or supplements added on top. Metformin (I had a traumatic experience with this stuff once while driving and I don’t even want to go into details, straight PTSD flashbacks) and glp-1s are common triggers. Pentoxifylline can cause gi issues too. Even omega-3s (my case) or fat burners can set this off in some people, especially after fatty or heavy meals.

Did this start after adding something new? Metformin, glp-1, higher omega-3, painkillers, orals, anything like that? Does it happen more after greasy food or big meals?

Not a doctor, but laying out everything you’re taking usually makes it a lot easier to spot what’s actually causing it.
