Blood glucose is 200

I dont even know what you're on about. They are incretins. They act on the glp1 receptor. Semaglutide is a ligand for the glp1...

Colloquially they are referred to as glp1 drugs. But when someone says take a glp1 they are usually referring to something with strong incretin action. Not something that releases glucagon like Retatrutide.
No, when someone says they're taking a GLP1, they mean they're taking a GLP1 agonist which includes Sema, Tirz, and Reta.

So when someone says Reta is not a GLP1 (which is the colloquial term for the drugs as you just said), they are incorrect.

Man. I may just get to test out the ignore feature on this site and see how well it works.

Not sure why you are getting argued with, but you are right. Sem, tirz, and ret are all GLP-1s. Not sure why that's being debated lol. It's those resellers that branded them "GLP-2 and GLP-3". They are all GLP-1's

Thank you. I mean this isn't even something up for debate, it's literally a scientific fact. I guess too much tren has fried some people's brains.

seriously? You're chugging sugar water and blasting that much gear at 21? No wonder your blood sugar is through the roof. Lay off the Tang and get some real food in you, and listen to these guys telling you to see a doc ASAP . This ain't a game; you're playing with fire.

Before Taking growth hormone my fasted insulin was 55 .I’ve been doing about 10 units perday lately and I just read my blood glucose as 214,195,209 about 4 hours after a easy to digest meal(lean beef, white rice) I drink sugar water all day (tang) eat about 700 ish carbs per day and my cycle rn is 2100test prop with 70tren E started the tren like 8 days ago. Also 21 years old so should I take insulin so that I don’t become diabetic for the rest of my life?
First of all… where the hell did you find that cycle?! 2 grams of test prop and 70mg Tren E a week??? 10iu of GH on top of that? And you’re sipping sugary Tang all day while GH is already launching your blood glucose into orbit and turning your bloodstream into maple syrup. If someone actually recommended this to you - man, cross that person out of your life immediately.

People already gave you the right advice: drop the GH, add Tirz or Reta if that’s your vibe, get bloodwork done, and talk to an actual doctor. And do NOT touch insulin right now. If you don’t know the basics, don’t even look in its direction, that stuff can delete you faster than Tren deletes your HDL.

Get yourself a CGM like a Libre 3 so you can monitor your glucose in real time. Hopefully you’ll dodge the bullet and not end up diabetic… or worse, maybe you already are and just don’t know it yet.

Yes it’s still over 200, I’ve been checking fasted , befor meals ,right after , 1hour after, pre post lift ect
Check ED fasted.
  • Fasting: Do not eat or drink anything except water for 8 to 12 hours before the test.
  • Timing: The test is usually done in the morning after an overnight fast.

You stopped glucose water ?
it takes some time to decrease.
Since when is your BG this high, since you drink glucose water ?

I’ve stopped with the tang water, but I can’t sleep without food in my stomach so I wake up in the middle of the night to eat a meal lately it’s been cottage cheese, so I’ve never really been “fasted” I kinda just thought fasted meant empty stomach. But I’ve only been trying to fix my blood sugar for 2 days now

I eat 5-6 solid meals per day , my goal was just as many calories as possible and if that means flavoring my water with tang that’s fine, except for my self induced diabetes but we’re working on that
alr if its just to forcefeed then ya dont do that only time u should be forcefeeding is with slin + gh

If your glucose is still stuck over 200, I'd really just go to the doctor at this point. You're starting to run the risks of all sorts of weird things. If you're still waking up middle of the night to eat food and aren't at any point going 6-8 hours without calories, you really need to take a hammer to this thing.

Don't mean to be alarmist, but you're getting closer and closer (if it hasn't already been passed) to at least some sorts of damage that can't be fixed.

Here. Let me help You’re a diabetic if you’re still over 200 fasted after dropping hgh and showing a meter with 272 reading.

Get off all the drugs and get your system right. I say this cause I’m sure you won’t tell the doctor all the fucking drugs you’re taking.

And get off the insulin because you don’t know what you’re doing with that either I can kill you pretty quickly.

I slightly changed my diet , no sugar water , all carbs r from potatoes or sourdough , increased my fats from 40 to 120 and hgh got dropped
All carbs turn to glucose in your body and bread and potato’s will spike you glucose almost as fast as sugar water as all of them have a high glycemic index.
