blood work advice would be appreciated

Just need some help with reading my blood work and what I can do to better it. Im doing a 20 week cycle, 1-2 week I was running test C at 600, NPP 400, and mast 400 split up Mon/Wed/Fri. Week 4-13 all I did was up my test c to 750 a week. I’m not having much side effects all I’m having is very minor acne on my face and some water retention.
Age:28
Trying to build as much muscle as possible till I go on a cut.

How do you reduce your cholesterol?
Your E2 is too high. Add Adex or Exemestane (1/2 of pill twice a week).

How fat are you? Borderline a1c, high estrogen and skewed lipids will make try to incorporate something to control some of the problems before it gets worse. Unless you’re already at the end of your blast.

Started at 205lb now I’m about 235. I have about 6 more weeks of the blast. What would you recommend?

Didn’t have a problem with cholesterol till this bloodwork so I’m not sure what to do for it. What would you recommend for cholesterol? For my E2 it says it’s high but I’m not getting any severe symptoms should I still start taking a AI?

E2 is almost perfect if you're using HGH (to maximize IGF-1 conversion) and not getting any sides.

If I had those lipids I wouldn't worry about it at all considering 1,500 mg of gear. 39 LDL is great.

Do you do cardio? That would help lower fasting glucose (What is your fasting glucose by the way?)
15-20 minutes LISS Cardio either fasted or after working out.

Also, what are your macros?

I would scared of gyno if i had high e2 while having high prolactin at the same time.. Maybe you don't or won't feel anything because of the mast acting as a serm (?). Anyways, i don't see where the problem is with lipids, i find them fine. Are you doing a high carb and very low fat diet? If you continue with those dosages maybe add 6,25 aromasin twice per week to lower slight your e2, i think if you take a full pill a week it will go very low.

Have been almost doing no cardio, maybe once a week. I usually eat pretty good during the week but would pig out at least once or twice a week mostly on weekend. Haven’t been tracking macros on this blast.

Eat a little cleaner and do more cardio. It’s not that bad if its not far off your baseline stats. 20lbs up will definitely skew something in your bloodwork.

Cholesterol values will likely improve with better food choices, however it goes with the territory when bulking a little dirtier.

Hey brother out of curiosity, can you elaborate pls? I honestly don't see anything bad apart of a slightly low HDL, which by itself doesn't say much. I believe more important is the ratio between both markers and his are fine, HDL 31, LDL 40..if he had a LDL more than 90-100 then sure. Do i miss anything?

You’re right its not that bad, just keep an eye if he is still long ways in his cycle especially If there was a huge jump from baseline.

E2 levels like that can increase the risk of heart, liver and prostate problems form the studies i have seen.
And cholesterol levels that low are associated with shorter life spans then those that are over 200. The biggest study i have seen show total cholesterol levels of 215 lead to the longest life. Most info about cholesterol is geared towards the heart. But what is best for the heart may not be what is best for the body long term.
So depending on how often and long you plan on doing cycles you may want to modify things.

Thanks for that I’ll be keeping a eye on it and making sure it doesn’t change to much

You have excellent cholesterol!
Whatever you do, keep going! ))
I believe that this level of estradiol needs to be reduced a little.
Sometimes side effects do not appear immediately.
