blood work result need help

hey my friend is on 500mg testosterone enanthate and he did bloodwork only after 2.5 weeks on cycle, i know it's not optimal but thats what he did

they gave him two numbers

free testosterone : 182,6 pmol/l
53 pg/ml

i don't know what number to look at, and he want to know if the result is good for 500mg test only after 2.5weeks

Blood work was done way too early man.

yeah and also i think he asked the wrong test, the good thing is free testosterone or total testosterone ?

and we are from europe so i think it's not the same metric

I get my total test done at week six. The metric is different.
