lol sorry that is kinda funny, but you should be able to get it going in time. I know that study said trt can lead to azoospermia within 10 weeks but damn 4-5 weeks is enough to be left with 1 sperm. The study had dosages based on what time frame someone’s trying to get pregnant. 500iu eod seems a good place to start for spermatogenisis especially if 6-12 month time frame, study says to take clomifene 25mg daily. Might want to consult dr re that tho.

In powder form it should be less fragile, and isn’t required to be refrigerated in powder form. A pregnancy test should tell you if it’s gone completely bad. I personally prefer ovitrelle over powder, at least “feels” wise it feels like it’s stronger. Pretty sure I’ve already mentioned how I prefer that in this thread.

Yeah I am carrying on with TRT as usual and I have an appointment with doc in 2 weeks. Will discuss options with him. He already emailed me that the optimal is to stop TRT and stimulate with meds if needed. But if there is an option so I don't have to stop TRT I will be all in. I could handle 3 months miserable libido but those anxieties..hell no please

You can stay on trt, the 6-12 month window instructions were to remain on trt. I’m sure it’ll work out in time. You said your seman became clear as in watery or clear meaning there was just 1 living sperm?

A metaphor for just 1 sperm left. Actually, my semen was very thick and white, I expected it to be overcrowded. Colour and consistence has nothing to do with sperms after all...

Ah ok that’s what I thought you meant, mine never changed color or consistency either, only difference maybe it doesn’t shoot out as far, maybe tiny bit less volume, like 10% less I guess. It got to a point where it barely came out but hCG helped get it closer to normal.

Yea color doesn’t mean much, I believe the white comes from the prostate. There are some that think just because their semen is still thick and white it means that they have plenty of sperm lol

Strange to have a decrease after increasing dose, do you feel any different? Maybe try another test to make sure it was accurate.

2 pumps of 1.62% is less than one 1% sachet. But doc now upped my dose to 3 pumps a day. I definitely started feeling drop in libido few weeks ago

Ah ok, I thought each pump yielded the same amount as the sachets. Still strange that levels dropped that much.

I saw a video on YouTube where this dr claims the most effective way to use the cream or gel is to apply it to the scrotum once or twice a day and it must be freshly shaven and the gel has to be 200mg per dosage. The next best he said was to do daily shots I think. Honestly it sounds strange and the dr was a tad hostile to me (as well as others) when I questioned it in the comments.
