payed for my bloodwork tonight. Got the female hormone panel from labsmd gonna get bloods drawn tomorrow morning..
do i need to fast before my bloodwork or anything like that??
anything else i should know about getting bloods?
thanks!

Just follow the instructions on your requisition form.

Don't think you have to fast for the hormone panel though.

Wise choice, labsmd gives a total test number, not just > 1500. That shit makes me crazy. Kids are pinning 500 mg a week, gets > 1500, and it's "gtg!" No, it's not. Get your goddamned total test number!!! /rant. :D
just curious, did you fast before your bloodwork bro?
and ya that's why I went with labsmd. $72.99 is worth it to me... I'm running 750mg per wk so >1500 isnt gonna tell me shit

I did fast 12 hours. That's the instruction, I occasionally follow instructions. But not often. ;)
What is your timing? I.E. what week are you in your cycle? Did you have a look at the doc's thread to help with the timing of your shot, for the test? Maybe lightspan can help out here, as I've always ran my bloods 8+ weeks into my cycle, which I don't think your that far in. Don't expect high results for the deca, since it is no where near stable levels.

The doc posted some things for taking the whole shot at once to get a closer gauge of the true potency of your test, if you are below a certain time frame. Maybe lightspan can help out with this?

when i get bloods drawn itll be roughly 26 hours from the last pin. I'm 1 month in at 750mg/wk

Still working on putting together a protocol for this. I recommend a minimum of 5 weeks for stable test levels, a couple of level calculators I've looked at suggest that's about the time levels are going to stabilize for long esters.

Peak after shot is somewhere around 48-72 hours according to dr. Scally. Sooner should be fine, later not so much. Since you're doing split shots, the 10x rule is not going to be applicable, but you should see greater than 5 x at a minimum. Much of this is based on disparate data and pieces of info, but right now that's the best I can give you.

Post the results when you get them!

Actually, the 10X guesstimate still holds. [Also, take note that the 10X is typically a bit on the high side, but this is purposeful since this is most useful for PCT.]

Thanks @Michael Scally MD! Edit- Just to be clear, the 10x rule would apply for the split shot dose, but not the entire weekly dose? I.e., at 750 mg a week, split, 2 days after a 375 mg shot will provide 10 x 375, 3750 ng/dl? Or should we be looking at 10 x 750, even with the split protocol?

Thanks!

thanks bro! just left quest, i couldn't wait 48 hours from pinning to bloodwork due to my work schedule and I pin 3x/wk but atleast I'll know if there's a decent amount of hormone in my gear
EDIT-also I've been "on" 4wks but I frontloaded 1g and have been pinning 750mg/wk since
