BlueDress Primo and Var

It took at least 5 weeks to feel anything AND it was very gradual. Strength and size didn't come on suddenly like with VAR.

BD wants to run the cycle as long as possible so it makes sense to add the var near the end of the Primo or after since she can only run it 8 weeks. Primo doesn't have as many taxing effects on the system but the Var strains the liver and she has too wrap it up (everything) afterwards.

Var will probably add some more results and you're right, BlueDress is really not looking to get any bigger. Leaning out is really what she wants and yours is a good approach. That said, she feels the Primo hasn't added much size ( she was pretty big anyways) but she feels good on it. Bottom line - she needs to do more cardio on top of what she's aready doing.

Sides with Primo as she wraps up week 8 are still minimal. She did increase to 25 mg EOD about a week ago. Skin and hair are fine. Voice is slightly different. She doesn't notice but I detect it for sure as her husband. No one else seems to though - or had the courage to say anything. Lady parts a little more swole and sensitive. She feels good but sometimes too big. She knows diet is the secret to get cut after all. She likes yeh primo thougIMG_2668.JPGEnlight113.jpg and is very comfortable self injecting.

Some progress shots. Back is looking really good. Leaner and wider. She's turning a lot of heads.

She's lifting at her max again in just about everything. Joints are hurting though... a lot.

Again, we're going to hold off on the Var but watching @MamaLifts closely as she adds it now. (@MamaLifts is doing fantastic!).

Hosted a neighborhood Barb-b-q last night... and welcomed a couple new people. One guy down the street just moved in last week and had never seen BD, but had made a "weaker sex" comment to another neighbor.
Word had got around and they were purposely busting his chops all night with BD. He was pretty embarrassed but a highly apologetic, good sport - including getting his pic with her.

BD isn't much of a show off - except with middle eastern men and guys who are like my new neighbor. Then she'll go out of her way to make them feel uncomfortable, especially if they've got a woman all covered up with them, then a she'll make it obvious she's stronger then them.

Anyways, besides the temptation of all the bad foods last night, we had a rocking good time.

I think BD and I would be great friends :)

Thank you! Added Var today. Actually feeling nervous [emoji51] Keeping a close eye for exaggerated sides. I don't have any bloating or hair loss right now. My voice is already significantly deeper & HOPING it doesn't get worse.. that's my biggest concern. Will keep you updated.

BD is looking JACKED! Your neighbor must have a new perspective lol [emoji1319][emoji1320]

Wish i had done the primo first now for the wife, that makes more sense being the longer to run compound first. Didnt know var or other compounds were so much more tough on lipids, her liver is solid,no change at all. taking a few day break from this compound has really changed her mood and caused some loss of lean mass quickly. Her voice deepened a bit also, body bloating some days, lady parts were pumped like 6 set chest session, all was fine with her,but first few hairs fell out of her head and that was a wrap, lol.

BlueDress is jacked and I gotta say - she was suspicious the primo was even working the first few weeks. Now she loves what it's doing...at almost nine weeks. It took a long time but it was so worth going slow. She has been ambushed by people complimenting her and asking if she competes professionally since Friday.

You and BD are experiencing the exact same sides and I am concerned about her voice. Our kids/family were over and have said anything about her voice. Neither have neighbors (at the party) although I wouldn't expect them too like our kids. Most importantly, she hasn't noticed it but I think maybe if she heard a recording she might detect a change. There are more frequent times when she has that voice like she just woke up, but then it seems normal again. I'm curious how you first could tell...or if your husband or someone told you first.

I'm subbed on your log...so into finding out how your Var reaction is going to go! You're blazing the trail ahead of us @MamaLifts,...but , you're looking fan-friggin'-tastic kid!

Did you test your Var? A couple of days shouldn't see a big drop in lean mass. BD kept most of her gains last year. It took about 10 days to feel strength decrease to a point where it was detectable to her. I'm not experienced enough to make a guess at what you might have had, but I think you might have had something else or something more mixed in to that compound.

I think a couple girls last year did Primo after Var. I think you may want to check @Devika 's log.

Thank you again [emoji4] I feel the same as BD.. slow and steady turning out to be damn good.. Excited for her too [emoji1320] Ahh the compliments, can't deny that those bring satisfaction [emoji39] Nice to know our hard work is recognized!

I noticed my voice first, and then others started commenting. I sound very hoarse. I saw someone over the weekend for first time since March & she said "I've never heard your voice so deep. Are you sick?" [emoji45] And of course my mother feels the need to say something about it EVERY time we speak. Tired of lying & blaming it on "allergies or something".. Getting old [emoji849] SO unfortunately for me, it's more than just a subtle change. I REALLY hope it returns to normal post-cycle [emoji1317]

Thanks for sharing that. I hope your voice comes back too. At least a little!

I just got off the phone with her (traveling for work now) and I could definitely tell it's different. Going to have to say something to her if she doesn't notice. Give her the option to throttle back a bit if she is upset.Honestly, don't mind it myself as it's just a little...but it's there. It's her body. She's gone most of her adult life with so much naturally attained muscle with people asking if she used gear and she's been able say, "No," in her flawlessly feminine voice... now it would be harder.

Allergies...yea...Maybe she can get by with the "getting older" excuse!

Hoping all settles down a little too. Everything has gone so well thus far.

Losses are not huge but i can tell a difference even at 2 pounds with her,in the upper body. She wasnt losing weight on cycle at all, I did test,it looked like it had some dbol in the first order we got.Got another order from a better reviewed source here.just slowly gaining, now shes losing weight, just hope its mostly fat and not muscle, she uped calories from 1450 to 1750 and increased cardio time 3x at least. at 5.9 150 maybe her body was really in starvation mode even in keto even though she wasnt really hungry. The carb cycling on keto is seeming to help get the thermagenic metabolism going again. trt doc says she can up the t3 a bit also.will try that next

This is one of the things I worry about. I'm afraid I won't be able to tell a difference in my voice, but it's been changing all along, lol. I made sure to tell my husband to try and be aware of even the slightest change in my voice and to let me know right away so that I can discontinue my cycle or at least lower the dose even more.

Rock on. I asked BD if she felt her voice was different and played a video of her with her talking. She thought it was still OK. And when I came back from travelling this week, her voice sounded not as bad to me too. I will continue share my observations with her.

Like you Crystal, she's still concerned something may change before she notices.

Continuing with 25 mg/EOD and she is looking fan-friggin'-tastic. For the first time in her life, BlueDress's calves are starting to stand out.

Oh good. Glad to hear it's not as bad as you previously thought! I don't know if it's in my head but ever since I woke up this morning, I think I could hear a little deepness in my voice. Nothing alarming or that anyone else can notice though. We'll see in a few more days if my husband notices it, lol.

Those are some great looking calves![emoji119]

After 12 weeks, I think we're going to stop. Voice is changing...Not good. She feels scratchy and like she has allergies. In fact, she thinks it might be actually be allergies but I don't.

No other sides except a little oily skin. Hair was fine. She reported very minor swelling below but unnoticeable to me.

I think it will take 2-3 weeks to completely clear her system. Hopefully it clears a little. It's not bad, but not the same.

Physical results were awesome. Hardness, definition, and minor size increases seen all around. Would love to continue and plan was to switch to var next but we're going to throttle back now.

We'll see how she feels/sounds in coming weeks.

Would ask @GearGodess if she thinks restarting and even upping her estradiol right now would be helpful to perhaps suppress:counter the remaining primo while it clears her system.

Sounds like she's ready for a break now. The voice will come back if it just started but it will take time. She's looking great and I had no doubt she would love primo.

I personally wouldn't introduce anything to try and supress. Let things level off on its own. Keep her diet and training tight so she can manage and keep her gains. Her hardness will reduce but she should be able to keep most of her primo gains. And give the voice time.

So she took some time off @GearGodess - like 48 hrs and decided it was just "allergies." She decided to continue but dropped the dose down from 25mg EOD to 20 mg EOD... and believes it helped the last 2.5 weeks.

We were traveling visiting family and a couple of them noticed her voice change but didn't make a big deal about it... but did mention it. BD was really noticing changes in her legs that always seem to be a stubborn spot for her. She got some compliments on them and I think that has also kept her from stopping the cycle altogether. She loves the hardness and her skin noticeably tighter.

Her lady parts are a little swole - and more sensitive. Libido is about the same - actually a little more because she is getting way more sensation then she's ever had in her life. Sex is pretty damn good. This is awesome too - she feels the same way about it the way @Wendylifts does. Not bad side at all!

Hair is good. Skin is fine too. Just that slight voice thing going on.

So two days ago she wanted to start adding the var like @MamaLifts did. BlueDress is splitting 10mg ED (5 and 5) and still taking primo this week. Next week she plans to finally end the Primo and continue another 7 weeks on the var at 20mg (split) ED. She had a good response to that last year (twice) and wants to do go this route again. Hopefully the androgens won't have too much of cumulative effect coming off the Primo.

She looks spectacular - best ever in her life. Her lifts are about max and I suspect she'll be busting PRs here in another week or so as the big Var strength gains materialize like they did last time.

She'll be 57 in less than a month. At 5-4, she weighs 174. Her arms are almost 15" now. 1RM on bench press is at 192 lbs. She looks and feels terrific.

Her voice is still distinctly feminine but it has changed slightly. I confess that I kind of like it, but I don't want her to go off the cliff either. She's not there but I can see how that could happen. I'm looking forward to getting her blood work in a few weeks to evaluate the whole toll on her.

Some recent pics.

She looks fantastic! So glad this is a good run for her!
Thanks Wendy! You guys are both so alike...really.

She cracks me up. I thought she was so cautious/apprehensive at first last year, but now she's in love with itz"This is fantastic. What can we try next and when?"

Haha it's tough not trying to think of what's next! BD is a lot like a Wendy, I see it too! Although maybe a touch more patience. Hehehe sorry Wendy [emoji87]

She's looking great and I'm glad she's enjoying the ride!

And I always said. .. the love button sensitivity is a FUN side... guys always made it sound terrible like we will grow a wiener and scared the ladies with it. Lol
