Bodybuilding Contest Prep Log

Did my 45 on the stairs this morning before work and just finished shoulders and traps. Today was a high rep day 3 sets of 25 on hammer strength press, 4 sets of 20 on seated side raises, 6 sets of single rope rear delt pulls, 3 sets of side cable raises and 6 sets of smith machine shrugs. After being up early for cardio and working all day I actually had some pretty good energy and pumps in the gym tonight. Recently switched to MaxHP pre workout and it does the trick. Pinning my test and eq tonight
 
Does anyone else lose a ton of oil/blood pinning their delts? I feel like i get more spillage every shot

I know what you mean. Keep the pin in a little longer once all is injected. Once I pull pin out I raise my arm so it's parallel to the floor and put a swab on it and apply pressure.

That little bit lost won't hurt u that much.
 
Just finished up with back tonight. Started with deads and worked up to a heavy single and hit a PR of 605 and then worked 3x3 with 495. Followed that up with seated rows, DY rows, wide pull down, close grip pull down and cable pull over threw in some hammer curls at the end. Motivation was feeling pretty shitty all day but wound up grinding out a good workout
 
On a side note I am already ready wanting to murder my girlfriend and I haven't even started tren or mast yet. Gonna be a fun couple months for her

Lol no offense taken just kinda pointless to say. Time under weight isn't something I can buy or wake up tomorrow with its something everybody could use more of that's why we all go every day

I'm not ready for what exactly? I enjoy competing and getting in shape. Did I say I'm going for a pro card no did I say I plan on winning the overall of a regional show no. Not exactly sure why you felt the need to comment on this w pointless remarks. Constructive criticism or advice is welcomed and appreciated which is 99% of the guys on this whole board but "you're not ready" comments are pointless. Pull a deadlift nearly 3x your body weight or get near the shape I have gotten into and then comment on here
 
Anyway! Hit chest tonight and started with incline Dumbbells moved to an incline hammer then did flat barbell but by it being my third movement I didn't really move much weight flat bench has always been an enemy to my shoulders. I've been doing dumbbell pullovers on a incline bench and I love them really good stretch on the upper chest. Finished chest with some low cable flies. Added a few sets of side raises and triceps and that was my day. I'm still back and forth on when to go to the short esters this Saturday will be 10 weeks out of the first show of this season and 14 weeks out of the second so I'm still not sure if it's too early for that

I guess I can comment than :D I thought you was in it to win it, not to just get on stage and look small for your height. let me know how you do and good luck.
