Did my 45 on the stairs this morning before work and just finished shoulders and traps. Today was a high rep day 3 sets of 25 on hammer strength press, 4 sets of 20 on seated side raises, 6 sets of single rope rear delt pulls, 3 sets of side cable raises and 6 sets of smith machine shrugs. After being up early for cardio and working all day I actually had some pretty good energy and pumps in the gym tonight. Recently switched to MaxHP pre workout and it does the trick.
