Haha, I bet! Tren can be pretty bad, especially when it first kicks in and you get the mind racing effect. That coupled with a bad temper makes for trouble.
yep, was tough dealing with the socially acceptable 'instant idiot booster' that is alcohol. Dublin is a very violent city. i find dbol chills me out

on a side note, stims like eph make me even worse, jittery, paranoid and unstoppable bad tempered energy! like thats a combo i needed [:o)]

Luckily you were there to help rectify their behavior :D People act like idiots after a couple brews, most guys get what they have coming though. Seen it happen many times before..

If he runs the Test E, it can be nice to run some orals while waiting for the long esters to leave.

Week 9: Test P 100 EOD
Week 10: Test p 200mg EOD
Would you include Prop with Test E the first week or two? By the way, thanks for the input from both of you. I include cardio just for endurance. I coach basketball and like to be able to keep up.
 
I would frontload the shit out of the Test E 750 first day then use the prop at the end of the cycle. Coaching bball has to be tough now a days. Some cycle for a 6pack others for coaching bball :D I won't judge! Fuck the dbol or use it as a preworkout test is stronger and stays stable in your system 24/7 or pop the dbol every 4 hours all day .

haha I'm not cycling for coaching basketball, but it does help keep body fat down by doing so. I will use TNE for my preworkout. Not a lot, maybe 0.5 cc or so. I would use the DBol to help kickstart the Test but if you suggest front load of 750 I guess it wouldn't be necessary. I'm assuming you mean to front load the first day then use it as you normally would throughout till the end when you switch to Prop. I have never personally front load Test at the start of a cycle. I have researched it and it seems to be a good start. I may give that a shot.
 
I prefer test as an anabolic compound. I would frontload it but you can cycle many different ways. You can just inject it @ 250mg mon/thursday and kick start with dbol or inject Test E and kick start with extra Test P. Test E is usually cheaper and makes things easier for me to just load that shit up. If you want to metabolize 70mg Test/day frontloading 750mg first day will have you metabolizing about 75mg/day for the first 5 days. As stated you can cycle many different ways, do whatever you like all 3 options are good.
 
I am too cheap and doses get up there so I usually frontload all the long esters and transpose short esters for the end of the cycle. How many calories are you going to consume/macros? NPP is usually easier to deal with just especially when suggesting it's use.
I could tell you to frontload 1200mg Deca first day, week 2-4 500mg Deca, week5-6 300mgNPP week 6-8 400mg NPP. That's typically how I do it in a 8 weeker. Longer esters are cheaper and I can always find better ways to spend my money. I love a good steak...
Would you front load both Test E and Deca or NPP (whichever I decide)? And this may be a stupid question, but again I have no experience with front loading..when you do so, is that the only pin you do for week one or would you front load the first day and three days later pin again as you would week 2-7?

I'm assuming you mean at the end of the cycle correct? Or do you mean on the actual first day? Again, that was a good little guide you wrote there.
 
The first day of the PCT is when you would frontload, frontloading nolva is good too if you experience gyno, frontload nolva and run an AI and the lump usually shrinks. Many don't realize that Nolva & Clomid have a 5 day half life.

I usually explain it as if it was a vicodin(lol I know but Americans love prescription drugs), imagine if it took 5 days to metabolize half of one pill. Wouldn't help the pain much huh? I think the half life of vicodin is 4 hours, like dbol.
 
Oh okay I understand now. Well all of that sounds good. Now I just got to decide between NPP and Deca, since you and mac both say Bold isn't that great. I had a relatively good experience with it but never used the others so I didn't know if I was missing out.
 
Bold hasn't done anything for me, does help my joints but NPP/Deca helps joints AND helps me grow/increases strength. NPP is good run it!!
 
True. So you just don't suggest running (say 3 miles) three times a week? Figured that would be enough to stay in running shape.
fuck no, not if you're bulking mate, its extremely difficult to have the best of both worlds whilst cycling, you dont want to eat into cals better served to build muscle. 15mins x3 pw on a punch bag, will keep your fitness without draining too many cals away as compared to running. your cycle will keep you 'in shape' provided you eat relatively cleanly and batter the weights
