Boldenone or Nandrolone? Cycle suggestions wanted

I like the gh for sleep quality if nothing else. But it def makes me look fuller and keeps me leaner for sure even at the relatively low dose. I’m only mid 30s but def notice a sleep quality improvement and quicker recovery in general (I added the gh in before I began blasting higher dose test)
yeah keep gh in dont listen to that dude haha like you said probably a big reason youre able to stay leaner. thats almost the best thing about gh, can eat almost anything reasonable and still have abs. fucking love gh

I forgot what great sleep I had in my 30's.

In my 50's, the gh definitely helps with sleep. In fact, that's the only reason I started back up on pro aging crap.

So update- I ended up going with 525mg test (150mg eod), 3-4iu gh, and 50mg anavar for the past 8 weeks. I’m up from 190lbs at the start to 216lbs as of this morning. Been eating 4k calories minimum (4k is what I plan daily but I go over that for about 4200-4500 a day in reality). I’m content with how lean the gains have been as well so I’m dropping the anavar after this weekend and continuing with the test and gh at same doses. I’m certain 8-10lbs of what I’ve gained is water based on the scale’s movement.
Are you tracking cals? Because thats alot of food, what are your macros?

Yes, I always track calories. I get 200-220g protein per day and fat and carbs vary but generally keep fats to just the trace amounts that are in my foods. Which at 4k+ calories seems to fall around 60-70g per day still

Hahah yes, working extremely well! I’m not certain but I seem to be a pretty great responder to test. Just 300mg put me at 2100ng/dL so can only guess that 525mg I’m over 3000. I’m not curious enough to check my test levels because it doesn’t really matter but I am checking estrogen and other basic things this week such as complete metabolic panel, cbc, and lipids

That right there is exactly why I don’t tell someone to do 500mg for their first cycle. That shouldn’t be blanket advice for everyone. My trt is 80mg. Shot on Sunday, bloodwork on Friday and I’m in the high 800s.

Interesting. I have been experimenting with lowering my weekly dose from 100mg to 75mg. I am only two weeks on the lower dose, and so I have not drawn any firm conclusions yet. So far, so good, though. I have not run a blood test yet, but I feel ok and the wife is still happy.

Low dose (91mg/26mg eod)was plenty sufficient for me as well. Put me around 800-900ng/dL at trough before next injection
 
Could you please elaborate on this post a little? I think I know what you are trying to say, but I am not sure.
I was kind of being a dick BUT the thrust was, I don't know how anyone can lose fat on just 4ius of GH unless they're really out of shape. And by extension, they'll lose a lot more, a lot faster and a lot cheaper, just upping cardio.

Yeah if you respond really well to testosterone I’d always recommend using the lowest effective dose, especially for trt because it’s for life. If you feel great on 75mg and the wife is happy I’d say stay at the dose.
 
to make it simple if you use Boldenone keep an eye on high hematocrit, blood pressure and also your E2
if you use nandrolone stick to the short ester and keep an eye on prolactin
