cohesive gel is the way to go. More money but they are for good. No worries about them, no real maintenance or needing to replace them after a few years like other types. Saline are cheapest but are starting to fade out as that's old methods and have way more risks associated with them.

Shape - well it all depends the look she is going for. once she picks a size, get the size up from it, usually how it goes as 99% of women wish they went one size up after surgery.

under or over muscle - I think I covered that... recovery faster over muscle than under too.

place of insertion - the surgeon will determine the best route, or at least a good surgeon will and will also explain why. I did mine under boob and my scar is nearly invisible. If the surgeon has a good steady hand, the scaring is minimal.

I think saline is an inferior product released when Corning was being bankrupted by those baseless lawsuits over silicone being dangerous.

As soon as the FDA came to their senses and allowed silicone back again, that's the way to go.

Yes and silicone has come a long ways since then as well.

I've only had mine for just over 2 years but I love them and the cohesive gel/"gummy bears" have a great feel to them and I highly recommend the extra money spent on them. Besides, they come in all shapes and sizes... any woman will find her right fit.

My bad. I was remembering the 1070 ml and thinking that was cc's. But in admiration of your beautifully impressive rack, I would have still guessed 750 or so and been way over your 535 cc. Thanks for the Friday boobie shot :cool:

My god. Your Boobs have scrambled my mind. I've been involved with gear for over20 years. I can normally think enough to know 1ml=1cc. Lol. I recently upped my test to 800/week and can no longer think straight whenever I am around a gorgeous woman. As stupid as I get on high dose test, I just love this feeling lol
