So, I just stumbled across this thread and I'm really disappointed because my friend is trying to decide which kind to get and she's a small frame as well, and she would really like to see what 535cc looks like (crazy coincidence that's the size you got! weird!) on a small frame woman. Again, @GearGodess, this is totally and 100% for a friend who is having a tough time deciding what to get. SHE would really appreciate a quick pic and just so we're clear, it's for informational purposes only and has NOTHING to do with me being super bummed that I missed it.....nothing....swear

Well here is a tip for your "friend" take a thin sock/pantyhose, fill it with 535cc/mls of rice, compact it well, tie it then align the socks tightly formed in the middle of the nipple. Throw a tank top over it and voila! Boobies Perfect cheat test to see what size is best and what it will look like.

As for more evidence, I may throw that pic up again at some point to make a Friday a happy day... but when I have more time to play online.

Cc means nothing. If your girl gets 1000 cc and already has double d's theyll be fuckin hideous monsters.. if she has a's and gets 1000 they'll be dd's ish or bigger. Get silicone and have the surgeon use the different size implants in the fitting bras they have and make the decision. Look at pics at the surgeons for the shape she likes, teardrop, etc.. under muscle, split.... It really depends on your girls build etc.. my chick got em and I learned a lot before I let em touch her.. saline feels like ziplocs full of water.. silicone ftw..

You're close in your advice but not 100% accurate.

A lot depends on her and what she wants look wise, yes her body too... NO they don't have to be different sizes. Mine are the same size in both. That depends on her natural breast and if they are different size to begin with. If one is bigger than the other then it makes no sense doing implants same size as she will look deformed. Same goes if her natural size is the same in both of them it will deform her look if she has 2 different sizes put in. Mine are exactly the same in both so maybe I'm lucky.

I've already described a lot what the possibilities are as well as a good way to try at home with things you have as it's a fairly accurate assessment of the look and final result. And yes, I've posted pics so many seen what mine look like.

But you are correct, cc's can be deceiving as mine are 535cc cohesive gel ultra high profile in each and I ended up with a 32G size where another person could have been a DD or DDD. I'm a small frame at 5'6. The body size and frame size play a very important role in what she'll end up with. This is why going to see a few surgeons and finding the right one is super important.

Saline ones are being faded out as they have too many risks. Silicone is being replaced with cohesive gel as they are safer and won't need to worry about ever redoing them.
