So for the past couple weeks I’ve been dealing with “shitty” issues. Pun intended. Anyways. I’m trying to put on a little weight so I’m eating slightly more. Now the issue started when I was finalizing a cut. I think I was eating waaaaay too much fiber and it was messing things up. I’m not backed up. I just take about a half dozen shits in the am hours. First in the morning is a normal one I guess. Then the rest are just moderate to smaller sized movements. I’m just wondering if there is something I can take that will help me just take two decent shits a day.
