Also enjoy the process and what u do its also a big help
But for real be proud of what u do,the progress ecc, keep in mind that maybe ur in the rain/cold ecc but u did your job and u did something that many other guys would never do, and u are outworking them,and its not u doing extraordinary things, its just the other being pussies
Last thing listen to music/podcasts while doing long training sessions it helps for sure, maybe if u have a fuller stomach/feed ur training u have more energy bc of glicogen and ofc u are a bit more motivated
