Depends how bad you want the aches to go away. (if youre running high dose gh avoid this advice) but when I snowboard and lift heavy and hard during the winter my tendons ache so bad, and I used to have to avoid even curling sub 20 pounds LOL but i said fuck it to running the usual 500 mcgs of BPC-157 so id run 1000-1500 mcg of bpc everyday for 2-3 weeks, I was pulling to like 20 units a day which was prob close to 1600-1700 with how much bac i added from what i can remb andid cycle this 2 weeks on 2 off bc the dose isnt good health wise (cancer risk is little to none but i feel like its still risky to go to 1.5-2 mg of bpc on gh and test) 2-3 weeks no more because that dosage is retarded but id use that + creatine and fish oil + MSM and glucosamine + tumuric phytosome and i was able to curl 55-60 lb again in a couple months.Hey is there anyone that does bpc 157 on a as needed kind of basis? So how long did the relief last? I got some joint pain and lower back pain, not the end of the world but the joints are fucking with my gym performance and that’s a huge no no.i have tried bpc/tb a few times "as needed" and the very first time i tried it (right elbow issues) it seemed to work within a couple weeks.
the other times (left shoulder, left elbow) it kinda did nothing
and it may be in my head, but on the side that has received the most bpc, there a bunch of smaller veins on my hand that didnt seem to be there before. could be coincidence idk, but it happened.

I’m not going anywhere near pinning my back, I’ll just pin my hip and hope for the best, not too sure what I’m gonna do for the shoulder pain, that’s gonna be complicated.it never came back.
my assumption was that the elbow issue was just elbow (tricep) tendonitis since i was regularly doing very heavy and intense sets of cable push and press downs.
the way to heal it wouldve been taking a week or two off of any movements that stressed the elbow, but obviously that isnt the way to go! just more drugs! lol but yeah. i feel like i was able to get away with a small pull-back on tricep movements to heal with bpc instead of having to stop completely without it.
i never figured out whether it was best to inject at the site you want relief at or just anywhere subq. i ended up doing site injections, but you should be VERY careful with site injections in your lower back if thats the route you go.

Is the shoulder where you had your tendinitis? Part of me feels like I’m getting the shoulder shit from ego lifting, which is surprising cause I haven’t even ego lifted that bad. The back though is probably cause I’m just getting older, but I need my sleep that shits important for building muscle.EXACTLY, this guy gets it!
for my shoulder i had my lady poke me in the skin between rear and side delt, and also had her pinch the skin right above the acromion process [this was the preferred method for me overall]
i also did front delt skin a few times with her help. however, i find that my front delts bruise real easy from any injections subq or IM, but im also too fat to see the large veins that run across the front delts so maybe im just consistently poking them.
You mean mcg not mg correct?I was doing 250mg for my bicep irritation. Didnt do much. Bumped it to 500mg and goddamn was there a difference. Ran thru the vial fast though just ordered a couple more.

Is it something you plan on running long term?I currently run 3 mg of bpc157 and 3 mg of tb frag daily , 13 weeks post op from a major rotator cuff surgery, i was running 6 mg of each peptide daily and i feel that it has helped tremendously,
