thanks all! 4 times day? im pin 250mcg x2, so i have to increase the dose?
The half life of BPC is not exactly known. Could be mins could be a few hrs. Also depends on subq vs IM. Either way for fastest possible results you need to keep a steady flow of BPC in the system. I’d suggest something like 7am, noon, 5pm, 10pm for pins. As far as increasing dose to say 1MG total or 4 250mcg, I would do it 100% if you have enough BPC. If not, doing four 125mcg or even lowering the dose to 100 but injecting twice as often will be more beneficial than 2x per day. Also, definitely go IM or subq. Hope this helps and hope you heal up quickly

You’ve got me all wrong friend. I couldn’t agree with you more. I take 2.5-10mg per day and have for years now with now ill effects. As a former professional athlete for over 20 years and have nearly 20 surgeries and remaining very active and competitive in my sport and in general, BPC has been nothing short of a miracle for me and many others I know. I think almost all studies and anecdotes are bS. You’ll do just fine on your protocol. Keep me posted.

Just out of curiosity, what exactly are you getting out of it? You're definitely on the extreme end - I typically envision this as something that's taken to heal an injury but that doesn't seem to be the case with you since you never stop taking it...

Is this injectable? I am not overly familiar with sources but a 5mg vial seems typical... you're dosing two vials a day at times?

Apologies if you have already answered this - you're just an exception that caught my eye.

Those numbers are actually more like minimum 5mg and up to 20mg per day.
What I get out of it: for me it works very well as an anti inflammatory and gives pain relief in addition to its healing properties. As opposed to taking things like pharmaceutical painkillers or aspirin Tylenol etc I use only BPC and it works well for me. I have good days and bad days and the dosage is adjusted accordingly. Yes I inject and I make my own BPC which are roughly 20mg vials.
Its definitely something I’ve developed a dependency and admittedly use it as a bandaid but imo it’s better than using pharmaceuticals and it also allows me to do the things I enjoy without having to take long breaks. Hope this answers your question. No negative side effects

im pretty sure i got the adhenonia after 750mcg tb500 and 750mcg bpc157.

i kind of felt like shit the next day and didnt occur to me it was the bpc157 and i didnt take it since then, almost instictively.

a few days after i still felt off, so i ended up changing some other things i was doing and i dont think it helped, weeks later im reminded of this thread.

i hesitated to make this post because i cant say for sure it was the peptides, but the fact i didnt take it the next day or the following days makes me think it had something to do with it. I also think there was a big change in my outlook around this time which prompted me to get my e2 tested and even reduce my total AAS dosage, for a few weeks

How do they know that the rats are depressed? Not eating as much or something? Just curious.
Good question. Did some come from broken homes, poor neighborhoods, have mental health issues or have history of drug abuse Lol. I think it’s mostly bS. I’m sure someone on here will explain it or at least attempt to do so.

Believe it or not science has actually accounted for this stuff decades ago. The rats are genetically engineered and bred specifically to not be born with various issues such as depression. Sometimes an entire lineage of rats is made genetically specific for a specific test. For diseases like diabetes they’ll create a lineage of rats specific, and then induce diabetes in them to test results. It’s fairly simple conceptually but they do some wild science at times to make it happen. Worth a look at if you’re honestly interested as it’s pretty cool stuff.

Hmm. Never thought I’d feel bad for rats.

111 million + rats killed in science experiments every year. Probably one of the sadder but necessary steps in creating safe medications for humans. Even worse is they’ll use dogs to do some testing (though I believe it’s more cosmetic shit than medical), and they specifically use Beagles because they’re so trusting of humans and well temperamental. I have a much harder time thinking using little Beagles for testing is necessary and appropriate.

There are some experiments where they assess "helplessness" (or something like that). Mice float but they don't know it. When you put them in water, they swim. This isn't my expertise but they say if the mouse stops swimming sooner, it's a sign of depression. Like they lost the will to live. Happy mice swim for longer.

Forced swim test. Maybe the rats that stop swimming and decide to float instead of die of exhaustion just aren’t idiots.

I have to limit my dosing of BPC. If I try and go too high on it I get flat affect, emotional blunting, and my overall motivation goes down a lot.
