Are peptides the only way to go to alleviate shoulder pain? I get pain in only my left shoulder when I lift weights. I'm assuming it's my rotor cuff.

Would BPC 157 be the best to alleviate shoulder pain from lifting? Do they by any chance make orals for peptides? I wouldn't know how many vials and how much BAC water to add to the vials, so I'm curious if they make orals at all?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

as far as knowing how many vials to order and how much water goes in each vial, it's pretty easy.
1mg = 1000mcg, so at a dose of 500mcg/day, a 10mg vial lasts 20 days.

use any peptide calculator website to determine how much water to add to a vial.

I've heard of transferring BPC to a nasal spray bottle, so you could go that route. It's the same as reconstituting as if you were injecting, but transferred to a nasal bottle.
Say you use 2mL bac water for a 10mg vial. A nasal spray bottle typically delivers 0.1mL, so the dose is 500mcg per spray.
From what I've read, nasal efficacy is lower, so you'll need a higher dose to achieve similar results.

Also, i've had great success with BPC and TB500 with a persistent shoulder injury from benching. After my injury, I couldn't lift a 10lb dumbbell without pain in PT, and 6 months after the injury I was stuck benching a plate.

Started BPC and TB about 7 months post injury and now a little over a year later im back up to 3 plates. I'm on 2mg of each per day now to remedy a back injury from squatting from a while ago. Seems to be working well.

best to alleviate shoulder pain is.... physical therapy. Lots of rehab/prehab work, strengthening rotator cuff, stretching lats/pecs, fixing core issues, learn to breath properly, learning good sleep hygene etc.
Without this you are just putting band-aids on without fixing root cause.

Also body needs different building blocks to maintain connective tissue health, so if you are the regular chicken breast, tilapia, eggs, steak, rice, broccoli guy it needs to change. Taking collagen supplements can also help.

Yes but they are way more expensive.

I have Been using TB500 for a herniated disc and the sciatica that came with it since I got injured last Tuesday. Along with some physical therapy and stretches, my sciatica already has become something I don’t notice at all in under 9 days. Now I just need to restore mobility to the leg.
I was also unable to hinge when it happened for RDLs, leg raises, or putting socks on due to back pain but it cleared up already to the point where I can do all those things again. Been using 1mg per day.
Why the hell do you need orals? If you’re courageous enough to use experimental peptides and understand potential repercussions, surely you can’t be scared of needles or be that bad at basic math.

no

what makes you assume this? was there an incident that injured it? have you ever gotten imaging done? spoken to an ortho? done any PT?

only if there is tendom/ligament damage, if its pain from an impingement, or mobility concern it will do nothing.

if youre injured, go talk to a PT or ortho first instead of turning to drugs you know nothing about.

Looks like you have a lot of research to do. If you feel like it's a pretty good injury you may want to see a doctor first. Read up on it. They have been very useful tools for me. Well not MK.

see a dr to rule out any serious damage ie torn rotator cuff, you may need surgery of some sort and pushing that shoulder injury may just complicate things imho
