Plenty of info here on BPC157. I'll add to the mix. At 47 and bodybuilding/strength training forever, my joints and tendons have taken a beating. When my elbows or shoulders flare up, I run bpc at 1000mcg/1mg ED as close to the pain as possible. I usually feel relief within a dew days. I then switch to 500mcg ED subq for 3-4 weeks. Last year I stayed on at 250mcg for 6 months regardless of pain. Pain in joints was gone, gut health and any bloating was gone and my bloodwork was spot on.

That's of course still running my gear and hgh.
