2hrs later, 100gr powder oats with 30gr whey and some wholemeal bread = 600 calories.

Jay Cutler's breakfast:
200 grams of fried beef;
2 fried eggs;
150 grams of oatmeal with blueberries;
a cup of coffee.

Ronnie Coleman's breakfast:
250 grams of meat steak;
80 grams of white rice;
broccoli.

How do you do powdered oats? That sounds like a great idea

Do you grind in a grinder?
 
2 Servings of cooked oats then stir in 1/4 to 1/2 bag frozen blue berries 2-4 tablespoons honey and 1/2 scoop chocolate protein. Let marinate for 10 mins
In the meantime, enjoy 1 large apple.
 
80gr. oats
300ml eggwhites
35gr. whey isolate
50gr. blueberries
pinch of salt

all into the blender - voila.

What about Ronnie's grits?! He had those at a diner in one of his movies. Said it was every day, if I'm remembering correctly.
