Breaking 300 bench- Test/mast/anavar

Bout to blast again. From what I have seen this will be a feel good cycle. My main goal is drop the slight extra weight I got and break 300 bench. Don't think the second part will be a problem with even the way I progress on a cruise.

Thinking test/mast. 600/400. Might start a little lower with mast and build up. My question is do I front load or back loaf anavar and how much during a 4 week cycle
 
Yeah no sir. 16 weeks. Only going to add var for four weeks or so. Kinda asking if better on front end or back end
I prefer a pral either in the middle or end of.my cycle.. when progress slows some or I just want to be able to push a little harder at the end .. I neber start with orals or injectable orals.. I personally think they are best used when your at a sticking point or just want a final push at the end.. just my opinion and how I've done it since I started years ago
 
I believe 300lbs should be a prerequisite before using steroids, but that's just me.

Anyways, this much gear is more than enough. You should focus more on your nutrition and training. No need for orals here. Don't use what's not necessary.
I think that makes sense but we also all have a different genetic baseline. I was working out pretty intensely for a decade, and in some capacity my whole life without getting past a certain plateau. Also, I am older, already raised kids, and don't have any reason not to focus more on myself now. As soon as I started cycle that same workout blew me up. Nutrition definitely a factor but I was never in my life eating very badly, if anything just not enough. My maintenance calories are very high. I burn at crazy rate. I can drop 10 lbs in a week without really pushing very hard.
 
So you wana improve strength and loose weight? 2 somewhat counterintuitive things In our community. But possible.

I have done somthing similar with tren myself. You trying to get stronger during a weight loss stage is snap city territory, imo.

That tendon strength takes time to build up. Probably y I've heard everyone tears there pec on anadrol doing flat bench trying to be stronger than you really are.

Well not really lose actual weight just the last little bit of belly fat. Not a real cut ot anything. Believe I can achieve this through growth and diet as much as leaning out. It's just me setting a goal for what I want from this cycle.

I understand, but trust me I'm not elite or anything. In fact I naturally sit at softer body fat level, untrained I was nothing special. Bench press was my hardest lift, now it's my best. Remember you can always do something about it and achieve your goals if you really want to. But you really have to want it bad and put in the hard work.

What were previous cycles you’ve ran ?
 
I guess I feel different.
I tore my pecs, Degenerative disc disease.

Now I dont even care to go less than 8 reps.

Gota agree here. I put up 3 plates natty. now enhanced and old i would be horrified to try and do a 1rm for 315 when i can just put 185-225 and go for a hell of a flexion and extension for reps.
 
If your goal is a 300lb bench and your healthy enough to train properly you really really don't need 1g of sauce. You just need proper programming and some patience.

If your already on test just bump your mgs up and consider that your blast. Something like 16 weeks 400mgs test and if you really want to add in anavar id put it in at week 10 or 12 and run it 4-6 weeks at 30-50mg per day. then go back to your cruise dose of test.

You will hit both your goals and your health will be in a better place. just my opinion g.
 
Update: week 4 of this cycle. Consistently adding weight to everything. Not gaining any real weight. I dropped to 191 right before cycle and back to 195 now. Might need to get another scale, the one at gym said I was 213. Maybe someone messed it up because it had me at 195 a few weeks ago.
Not sure what effect the mast is having. I am definitely getting stronger just don't feel different and not quite as good as just 500 test alone.
Been going to gym twice a day most of the time. Still hitting 225 with relative ease putting up 245 once even at the end of workout. A little skeptical I will make it to 300 before end of cycle. It's an arbitrary goal just to have something to push for. But I'm working at it. Got the anavar just waiting to see if I throw it in there.
 
I hit 405 and was weighing 195 years ago. It was leg day but my buddy wanted to go try it bc we had done 315lbs for like 12 or 15 reps earlier in the week.
Thanks bc got to think right now I was strong at least that 1 day
And I hope you hit 315lbs max!
(And I've yet to deadlift or squat 405 and have hit 315lbs x 15 reps on both )

You should be able to deadlift 405 no problem, if your doing 315 for 15 reps

Mate just seeking some advise pls been cycling on orals for about 2 yes now and want to step up a gear been doing test 400 for about 4 months now plus get gel precribed from doc then went to 400ng week then added some tritren 200 and finally added deca in at 350mg a week been doing this for a few mnth now then read about tnmt 500 is it better to stop the other cycle and start the tnmt at 500mg a week I'm 60 good toned weigh about 45kg any advise pls
