I'm looking to break through my current bench of about 280, would love to get back to 300 again. I've been taking the past month off, meaning no pressing exercises, in order for my sore shoulders to take a break. I remember a while ago in M&F Craig Tokarski had some program on how to work up to a 300 bench press. Anybody have any info on any sort of program (especially from the powerlifters)?
