British Olympic Association Violates Steroid Doping Rules

British Olympic Association chairman Colin Moynihan defiantly announced that the BOA will retain by-law that breaks the rules set forth by the World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA). Travis Tygart, CEO of USADA, essentially accused the BOA of cheating through their stubborn refusal to follow the rules. “Once you set the rules and the world agrees to them, you ought to play by those rules,”
