Name of site is roids24.to. they are somehow affiliated with basicstero.com, because when I filled out the contact us form (they didnt list a direct email address) on the website, to ask a question, I got a reply back from "info@basicstero.com", but I want to stress I don't know what that affiliation is and I'm not trying to drag another website into this. But that's who I got the reply from, so they are affiliated. There was a minor delay prior to this issue, and they were really cool about that, throwing in a couple vials of my choice without me asking for them, but when I sent them pics about the discoloration issue, they basically told me I was out of luck.

So I spoke with their rep on BOP. He said even though he urged them to they still aren't going to make it right and to "do what u need to do".
Yeah I know who youre talking about, at least he said not to inject the stuff, the guy from roids24 said there was no with issue with it and to use it. Not cool.. there's nothing I can do about it though just gotta take the L live and learn hopefully somebody else won't make the same mistake though

Thanks. Thinking about doing a wash out period of a few weeks as suggested by Dr Jim before starting the next kit. This way I can also get an actual baseline number to compare these results to.
Lesson learned. DO NOT purchase any GH from a peptide company. THROW AWAY IMMEDIATELY!

The same thing happened to me!! After doing some research, I found your thread.
I believe we received our kits the same exact day? I noticed the different shades of color in my kit and contacted the source immediately.
Dont have the kit in front of me but I believe the batch number is 20180815. Kit was manufactured on 8/15/2015 and expires 8/15/2018. Is yours from the same batch?
They told me the same as they told you, said "The product is 100% good, it was just a reaction in manufacturing process in temperature. I will try to ask one of our customer to post his experience and his lab tests, he had the same bad thoughts about the colour and after one month of using he definetely was impresssed and satisfied with the results and numbers on the lab test."
I personally dont feel comfortable using it, and they've made it pretty clear they arent going to do anything to make it right.
Needless to say, I wont be buying anything from them anymore unless I absolutely need to. Everything else I purchased (this was the only HGH kit) seems to be legit so at least my enire order wasnt a waste.

I would have hoped that roids24 would have contacted Canada peptides since it sounds like it was a bad batch to see if they could get some fresh product for us so that they wouldn't lose a bunch of customers but whatever. Lesson learned though. There's a bunch of info on this board to find good us domestic if youre in US sources for generics and pharm grade gh. Plus intl as well but I only use us domestic. And yeah I'd sooner run out of test and be walking around with a limp dick than order from them again. Plenty of other good sources out there. The rest of my order was good too, but the way they handled the GH situation was terrible, first of all that he said it had been tested and was safe to use when that's bullshit, and then that he didn't even try to contact the manufacturer to see if anything could be done.

I tried contacting Canada Peptides myself. Tried contacting them thru email and thru their website. Gave them the description and sent pictures asking if this was normal and safe to use. I havent heard back from them. I contacted them on Monday evening. I'll let you know if I hear anything.
Until then, Im running generic blue tops that I got serum tested with. Came back with pretty good results, 33.1, so Im gonna stick with them for the time being.

If it was one customer with this issue I'm certain this source would've replaced. With this second customer surfacing you can bet this source made a conscious decision to ship those fucked kits with a story to give any complainant with the nerve to call them on it. Fuck them. They aren't qualified to diagnose what caused this issue.
They more likely than not hit up their supplier who told them they were fucked or they got full or partial credit and agreed to keep it and came up with whatever the bullshit story they're telling about it being all good. I bet they're making more off of these fucked kits than they are off kits that look right.
That's how sources of all kinds of shit coming from China handle disputes these days. They will negotiate a resolution which always results in some sort of credit. Either partial or full depending on the issue. These fuck sticks probably pushed and got full credit and are coming up off of them.
That's what has me wanting to expose these fucks. They conspired to come up. They asked "Why should they take the loss?" Its because that's one of the costs of doing business. It's not all profit hand over fist. At times you have to eat shit. They didn't and wouldn't accept this shit excuse from their supplier yet they expect their customers to. I'd go to BOP myself and break it down to them but I was banned long ago for trying to expose a thieving source.
