You sound so pathetic. I said that when I first posted my cycle log and before I started listening to people. It's hard to believe your a real doctor because you sound like a keyboard warrior. I dont need advice from someone who sounds more immature then me.

Ok man.are you Indian, reason I am asking, I had Indian friend since high school. Brown, skinny, you fucking name it. But fucker got BIG in 2 years
and I mean BIG. Right now, your hormose are climbing, with many other hormones we haven't even discover yet. And JUST for that reason, I recommend to get full advantage of it and push your body to its natural limit. I am saying from the bottom of my heart with the highest sincerity and mean it when I say I want to help you. Besides the plan you had posted regarding your meals , here is what you should do:

1) eat more chicken meat, for some its fish, for others, its cow, u gotta discover for yourself which meatt you respond to., eat 100g in the morning, 100g like 4:00pm, 100g after post workout. Thats besdies the meat you eat at lunch, dinner, etc. Increase as needed
2) create 1000+ calories drink, drink the fucker 2-3 times a day, right now you wont get fat easily, just do aerobic to burn the fucker. Here is the formula for one

1) 360 ml milk
2) 2 tblsp of MCT oil
3) 40g (thats about 2 tblsp) of peanut butter
4) 2-4 raw eggs
5) 1 medium banana
6) 40 g of ice cream
7) 50 grams of raw oat meal

This drink is ral food and NO stupid spplements

put the fucker in the blender, blend and drink it away. Dude, u gonna love the results. Drop ice cream and increase raw eggs or protein powder for clener calories, depending if u gonna bulk or cut. Mass cycle for 6 -8 months then worry about cutting. Good luck!
