Its never too late i guess. What can i do diet wise. I Have had George leeman as a coach before but the guy was pure shit, was in it for the money doesnt even respond on time.

Figure out a training split that fits your schedule and goals. Start tracking nutrition. Really in my personal experience if you lift heavy and eat heavy you will grow. Sleep is extremely important too so don't neglect it. Compound lifts are your friend here. At 17 my training revolved around bench, squat, Deadlift, and Overhead press. What is your long term goals here? That is how you determine diet.

My Long term goal is just overall fitness. I Just want to be cut first but then add muscle slowly and steady. Here is a 2 month old pic but a little leaner and less muscle right now.

If I were you I'd focus on building a base of mass. You're still able to take advantage of a recomp effect being new to this. Start eating well above your maintenance calories and train heavy compound movements with as many accessories as you want. Once you've built that base up then start cutting back down. You can't bulk and cut at the same time although you might lose some fat as you go through the early stages of training. Cardio will help you towards overall fitness too.

Your right. Being your just the one pin in this go around its not too late at all.
Diet wise is something you might have to play with a bit to see what works for you. You can find a lot of good suggestions in the nutrition section of the forum. That will help u with ideas on different types of food and so on. Since your 17 you may still live at home and have someone cooking for you so if its healthy and quantities are good lucky you.

What @Eman is suggesting sounds great for adding weight. Its sounds like you want to cut up a bit first before you bulk so i would almost find your maintainence calories and proceed with a workout based in what he has already suggested. Maintainence is good if you want to drop fat in your situation because technically speaking you should gain muscle while you loose fat.

Monitor your progress and adjust.

Yeah today i started a Program Working out 3-4x a week full body workouts. Im just gonna play around with carbs and fats. I also am gonna try to get the money back for the gear lmao. Lets see what happens. My loss can become someones gains money and muscle wise.
 
Hey guys update came back here.
I have ran into a big problem.
I recently after the test shot i was told to stop.
Now i think ive fucked up my dick doesnt stay hard and i cum like in 10 seconds i have no control like i use to. I Cant even stay erect for more than 5 seconds.
I am always fatigued and no desire to do shit not even to workout or not even to eat.
I Think the armidex .5 eod while taking that test shot fucked me up or what.
What should i do im lost . HELP!!!

You have done damage to your hpta. You don't have a clue how much. Yea you may wait it out but too much to loose IMHO. Go get your blood work done to see what's out of place and discuss it with your doc and stay away from hormones until you are done growing naturally in the gym. I like all these guys and they are trying to help you. But we are not doctors. Trust me you want to recover full to enjoy your collage years

You sound so pathetic. I said that when I first posted my cycle log and before I started listening to people. It's hard to believe your a real doctor because you sound like a keyboard warrior. I dont need advice from someone who sounds more immature then me.
