Diet wise is something you might have to play with a bit to see what works for you. You can find a lot of good suggestions in the nutrition section of the forum. That will help u with ideas on different types of food and so on. Since your 17 you may still live at home and have someone cooking for you so if its healthy and quantities are good lucky you.

@Eman is suggesting sounds great for adding weight. Its sounds like you want to cut up a bit first before you bulk so i would almost find your maintainence calories and proceed with a workout based in what he has already suggested. Maintainence is good if you want to drop fat in your situation because technically speaking you should gain muscle while you loose fat.
