browser highjacker

anyone know where i can find a download to get rid of a browser highjacker. ever heard of a wowex32 file, thats what iam trying to delete thanks

I think a spyware cleaner like Spybot or AdAware should solve the problem.

bob thanks for the help. ihave both of those prog. but wouldnt work on this one. i had to start my system in safe mode then delete the root file. a real pain in the neck, not to mention trying to find this thing. it was in my system32 folder as a gfn.dll file thanks again ken

Just curious, how did you find it? gfn just look suspicious to you?

Most spyware programs do not get rid of browser jackers..

you need to use a program like cwshredder.. (that one is awesome and is my personal favorite)
