If you are looking for joint regenerative results you need a ghrp and a ghrh (cjc no dac)... ghrp6 is the least effective of all the ghrps... I am fond of hexarelin. You need to be cognizant of meal timing and pin 4-6 times a day.

I couldnt have said it any better . JB needs to fulfill his destiny and make himself and Meso proud and do a cut and do a show . I wasted my 30"s and missed my chance to see my ultimate body potential, regret is lifes biggest bitch . In the end its his choice though ....~Ogh
 
There you go jb Brutus will oil you up last moment and polish the flops...that being said don't waste 30's as said by organ...BTW I'm going to be doing it soon at age 37 anyways..with a 4yroldd and 11 year old girl at that..and log it all here at me so..success orfailure for all of meso to see and and experience.... shit you have Brutus to make sure the high heel LPs are proper anyways...nothing to loose-we have one life to live.......do it.its a good thing and you will have the support here.

Thanks guys but I have zero desire to compete, just not into it.. This is a hobby for me and I love it, no need to make myself feel like I have another job..

I will be taking my diet to the next level in a couple weeks.. I'm not going to start my next cycle until I'm at 10% BF..

Ghrh (growth hormone releasing hormone) must be used to garner the benefits of a ghrp (growth hormone releasing peptide). Ghrh stimulates the receptor to increase the amount of gh released while the ghrp increases the amount of secreting receptors... I think? Thats what I have written down anyway.

I believe so, yes. Ghrp-amplifies, Ghrh-extends amplification. At least that's how I wrote it down. ;)

Seated triceps press, 90lb dumbbell

Variation of skull crushers with dumbbells one arm at a time alternating, no rest

Cable pushdowns with rope

Feeling good lately, it's been 6.5 weeks of tren I think and I'm not looking forward to coming off of it in a week and a half.. :( I'm going to take full advantage of the rest of my time with this mistress though!! Doing legs tomorrow, arms again Friday or Saturday, back and MAYBE chest again Thursday..

This is the first cycle where I don't feel ready to come off after 10 weeks.. The end is near though..
