Awesome arm day!! Great to be back with brutus though I thought he was going to die at some points.. :)

Tricep dip hammer strength machine drop set was his idea and holy shit that was fantastic.. Definitely adding that in for the foreseeable future..

I don't like to give myself too many compliments but I looked good today.. :)
Not looking forward to coming off tren next week..

Making the most out of this last week!!

Brutus popped up with that 385!! I couldn't even get it all the way down.. I followed that up with 315 for 9, so frustrating..

I was then surprised by my boy with a late b-day present!! No more bringing plastic shopping bags to the gym for this guy!! :)

425 x 0 recollected mentally and almost had it... grip failed
425 x 1 . He fucking YANKED IT. amazing will and temacity to get the lift with the authority he did. Congrats- this is a guy who could pull 315 for maybe a few reps 3 months ago and it looked painful..
Now he has form and leverage down pat and added over 100lbs to his dead in 3 months.
