Couldn't watch my buddy brown baggin' it anymore...Awesome chest day.. I followed up with about 13 light sets of triceps work and 15min cardio (was running late)..
Brutus popped up with that 385!! I couldn't even get it all the way down.. I followed that up with 315 for 9, so frustrating..
I was then surprised by my boy with a late b-day present!! No more bringing plastic shopping bags to the gym for this guy!!

Now he has form and leverage down pat and added over 100lbs to his dead in 3 months.
