This will be a great log @brutus79 & @johnnyBALLZ! Just keep it updated and don't keep these young guys hanging. These types of logs can be very informative and inspirational. Make it a point to be very detailed about everything.

B79 cycle looks great and interested on your EQ experience. Let me know what you think about FST7 as well.

JB cycle looks great too. Really like that you are changing it up. This should yield some good gains.

Good point @mands ! I took one week off to quiet nagging aches and pains and hit the squat cage last night real nice and easy...
135 x 10
225 x 10
315 x 5
315 x 5 (back pumps were so bad I had to drop down-TBOL and I have taurine moving forward)
So dropped to
225 x 10 (still debilitating bpumps)
135 x 20
185 x 17
Laid flat on floor for an hour. Not a raging success to say the least but I didn't expect pumps on day 3.

10 sets of 10 chinup (more than a few assisted methinks)
4 sets of 12 chest flys
4 sets of 12 dumbbell rows
2 sets light cable flys to failure holding cable with no handles.
Weep quietly in shower and go to work.
Can. Not. Fucking. Wait.

Learning is as much fun as training. Gvt is all about hypertrophy. .. 60 second breaks in between sets, 2 seconds down 1 up without a lockout... full muscle tension throughout the reps...

Ty for clarifying. I'm immediately adding that to my routine..I do use the fst-7 at the end to flood my muscles with an insane pump.
 
That's how you do it. Show these guys no wasting a cycle go hard, eat hard never wasting the gear.

Why waste the money if your going to half ass a cycle right.

Got a feeling this could be.an epic meso log. Both of you will be able to tackle this log. So many logs start out great and fizzle . Look forward to some motivation for my next blast/cycle in about a month.
 
German volume training. 10 x 10 alternating push and pull exercises- google it for breakdown of possible movements.

Great to kickstart a cycle imo.
