Learning is as much fun as training. Gvt is all about hypertrophy. .. 60 second breaks in between sets, 2 seconds down 1 up without a lockout... full muscle tension throughout the reps...Impressive guys. I feel like such a fuckin noob.. wait I am. I hope to learn a lot following this thread.
