I like how jb is changing the compounds up ever 4 weeks or so to keep his body guessing. I watched a vid by rich piana that spoke about it, how every four weeks switch it up the body will get used to the same stuff over and over. I think this is the vid
 
Ok- murdered it today in the gym. Ten sets of ten @ 135lb flat bench... 3 down, 1 up no lockout. First five sets feel like a fucking joke.... then shit gets real towards the end. Ten sets of ten chin up wide grip. 2 down 1 pause 1 up no lockout at the bottom. Miserable and I won't admit how much assistance was provided via machine till my numbers look better. 4 sets ten cable flys (uppercut) and 3 sets ten db rows. I do believe jb might have thrown up a bit, but I will let @johnnyBALLZ tell you about his first gvt impressions. Excellent kick off and my body feels wonderful... used and abused.

No tbol preworkout... back pumps have been fucking horrible and I may have to drop it. I cleaned the kitchen last night and needed to lay on the floor.

I pinned 1000mg cyp and 1200mg eq friday in glutes. Sunday I pinned 750 mg cyp and 900 mg eq in delts. I had an impressive squirt of blood that hit my gf in the face when I forced 3cc into each delt (left arm hit her).
Today I am pinning 500 cyp and 600 eq, and tomorrow I pin 250 cyp and 300 eq which will be what I do moving on m,w,f so tomorrow the frontloading is over.

I have nolva, aromasin, injectible b12 all on hand but my e2 was 5.1 so I'm gonna let it rise a bit before I start taking the ai and get more vloods in four weeks to see where I am at.

HOLY SHIT!! I don't know if I've ever been more wrong!! This was all rapid fire with 60 sec in between sets.. What a freaking pump, amazing..

I didn't throw up but couldn't do the last set of dumbbell rows.. I tried 3x to get that set but each time I felt it coming up and finally decided it wasn't worth losing my morning shake.. I don't think being in the bent over puke position for that exercise helped.. I'll make it up though.. :) Awesome day..

Yates deserved most of them but I think he robbed him on a couple. You're probably right about the off season, though. It all came way too easy for Levrone and old Joe didn't like that - he couldn't sell as many Big Chewables with Levrone out there showing everyone that it's all in the genes.

@johnnyBALLZ I didn't see what you were running as far as an AI or SERM. What will be your dose on cycle?

Never mind I see you are running Aromasin at 12.5mg ED. Will that be enough considering your past history? Sending a PM now.

I've done a similar program and it worked great. If I remember right about set 6 or 7 you start looking at it like wtf I have 4 more sets plus the rest of my work out. In a few weeks it gets somewhat better but it still beats your ass everytime
 
Ok ok ok! Pinned 250 cyp and 300 eq, plus 5iu rips am and 3 iu post workout.

Today was squats and deads- my personal favorite. That tbol was fucking with me via back pump the whole workout, but I still got it in.

Deadlifts-

315 x 5
405 x 5
455 x 1

315 x 5 x 10 shrugs last rep

I think I thought about a drop set but decided not to do one because my back was locked up like aaron hernandez.

J ballz did same stuff but when we hit 315 each exercise he did five Sets of five at 315 instead of adding weight.

I am very close to dropping tbol. The only nice thing is I gained 6 lbs since friday's first pin... all water weight, but you love to see the scale move early. The way it shortened this workout makes it swiftly not worth the potential upside.

Eating like a beast. 6 meals today, 2500 calorie shake for breakfast and cooling out with 50g protein and milk right now. I am sure I tapped 6000.
 
back pumps like that are unfourtunante. It can completly derail a great workout. Especailly at the pace you guys are moving that burn cant feel good and it must be distracting.

Before dropping it completely, try lowering the dose to 20 mg QD and see what happens. IMO, most people overdose orals and it leads to problems.
 
If guys don't mind me sayin. This is the balls to the walls type of motto motto I like to see. 2 good bros kicking ass together, pushing eachother overtop to really get the most out of their training and cycle. A friendly reminder to one other to eat eat eat. Has me going to train right now all amp'd up!!!!!

I agree! I was running 15mg BID and it seemed to work for me. Something else you might try.
