Brutus79 And Johnnyballz Cycle Log

So this thread motivated me to try GVT, two days ago I started, even at 60% 10X10 is a mutherfukker!!! finished up day 2 today with 20 min. cardio and it hurts to type.

tearing pain in shoulder when I tried incline. I intermittantly have trouble doing incline, but rips and peptides have joints pretty swollen- I am not concerned and flat bench was fine.

Have you ever tried arching your back on the incline pad to lower the angle of the incline? 45 degree / standard incline uses your front delts quite a bit, reducing the incline to 15 degrees for instance will dramatically reduce front delt recruitment and will hit your pecs better.

This could potentially reduce the shoulder pain you get when doing incline, and using a reduced angle does a better job of hitting your pecs.

I use Arnold's version of VT all this year (a combination of GVT and Joe Weider principals), and I love it! My next cycle I am going to try his 3x body part per week routine (working a certain body part 3 times within a week), got really good results this year on his 2x body part per week. Arnold published a book on it called the encyclopedia of bodybuilding, which pretty much reads how to lift on roids.

Makes sense because I have no pain when I press at home- evidently because it is far less of an incline. The gym bench doesn't let me adjust so I will db incline from now on with the adjustable benches. Good lookin out my friend!

Anytime man, I'm enjoying reading the log thus far. If dumbbells don't feel right for you, you can always revert back to incline barbell bench and reduce the incline by arching your back on the pad. This is what I do since the incline benches at my gym aren't adjustable either.

It's actually very safe, I've never had any issues or close calls doing it this way and it works extremely well. I think barbell will work best for you if you can get it to agree with you, dumbbell incline is a great lift but it becomes a bit impractical when you get very strong at them, getting the weights in place every time becomes a pain. Especially when you are doing lots of sets with short rest periods.

Have you tried adjusting your grip? I had a nagging shoulder pain about two months back, I had to widen my grip and pinch my elbows to my side, then I could incline until it recovered. It seemed that my pain was from rolling the shoulders back (like you normally do, to lock in before the lift) as the incline was engaging the front delts too much (like chinup said).

Johnny, I may have missed it, but are you using any peptides during this cycle? Brutus, is your peptide regimen the same? Any noticeable results yet that you can associate to them?

Brutus I don't know how familiar you are with active release but it saved my shoulder about ten years ago. Google it. And see if someone is certified in your area. Milos sarcev also had it done and helped him avoid major surgery. Article is on tnation

I'm running 4iu Serostim ED, only been a couple weeks so I can't really attribute anything to that yet.. I may run it higher further in but I'm having a hard time justifying spending much more money each month on GH..

Brutus is a peptide guru and he's likely running some crazy well thought out regimen, I haven't kept up with what that is though..

Cjc no dac (100mcg per pin) and hexarelin or ghrp2 (usually 300 mcg per pin) 4-6 times a day... I also have some rips I take 10iu of post workout on big training days. Side effects? Fat loss and pretty bad joint pain. Before I even started with rips the peptides had me barely able to make fists... I am going to phase out peps in 4-6 weeks and looking to run 10iu rips a day with 100mg tren per day for weeks 12-18 of the cycle... I will drop the test to a trt dose at week twelve and blast gh and tren for a cut like no other.

*this is if I have no financial mishaps in the next month or two... I just had to buy four new fucking tires for $800 today which was no help.

Wow brutus, much calories ! How important is protein for maximum muscle growth for you ?
Same as it is for everyone- very important.

Protien is the toughest to chew and the toughest to force down when I'm not hungry, so it is the first thing I eat off the plate of every meal. I try to eat a lot of cruciferous veggies to keep the tract clean because being bloated makes eating a lot hard too.

I find that eating enough carbs is never an issue- especially since not enough carbs in a single meal is never that big a deal. Protein, protein, protein- and the powder is nowhere near as helpful as food.

Huge batch of mashed sweet potatoes sounds great. . . so does a large batch of Meatloaf. I need more large meals that will break off a few days of eating around here. .
