Thats what I love about my gym. . .its primarily a swimming facility, has 5-6 pools indoor /outdoor, many spas, wet room, sauna, etc. great for kiddos on the weekend (also good for muscle injuries, very powerful jets on one side of the pool) . . but theres a very high end gym on the otherside, with glass windows that look out towards the indoor pool. the prices are double-triple a golds pass, so there is literally hardly anyone in there. 2 squat cages that never get used. ive seen 1-2 people over the last year doing deads. there is a plethra of stuff in there, from chains, to weighted vests, every attachement you can think of. if you go in the am, you run into hot chicks and old farts. in the evening, no one maybe a few blue collar dudes hittn there weights after work. everyone else in swimming by the droves. I seem to stare alot harder thorugh that glass when im on high T.. I wonder if that comes off as wierd? Either way ive been told with my headphones on , im very unapproachable.. prison tats as well.
 
You are popular with the boys at the gym for sure. Perhaps being covered with prison tats would help- they sure leave me alone... or maybe they saw you before in the flip flop store [emoji12]

I have been following along to this great log. I have tried a GVT workout here and there back in the day but nothing on a regular basis.

After reading this I was inspired to try out the 10x10x135 squats today. Have to say it was pretty mentally tough to do the 8,9,&10 sets more than anything. Have to give you props for doing that program, shit has to mentally wear you down. Put in two sets of leg press, but my legs were noodles so just hit two super-sets of extensions and lying curls to failure and I was done.

I got that arnold protein at sams club- 70 servings for $42. Excellent deal- the optimum nutrition I buy is $58 for 72 servings (I get the gold. I know the Regular ON is 77 but Gold tastes better Imo)

Currently cooking a 12 lb beef meatloaf and a 12 pound turkey meatloaf. I put 15 eggs in each, and I blended 1/2lb of kale into the eggs before I put them in the meatloaf to make a kale slurry.. couple of onions, salt, pepper, crushed red pepper and fresh garlic (a shitload. I fucking love garlic). Ketchup on top.

Next in the oven Is 20 lbs of chicken. I lined the whole bottom of the pan with onions, healthy dose of virgin olive oil, salt and pepper. I bought buffalo sauce, chili sauce, sriracha, cholula hot sauce to try and break the monotony that is my four time a day chicken.

10 lbs or sweet potatoes (will do some mashed with a bit of brown sugar) and some baked. Broccoli and asparagus will be steamed daily to keep the ol' tract running smooth. (And keep my piss smelling like toxic waste). I have bad back pumps from prepping!

Today is a rest day for me too. Had my baby girl all weekend and upper body nice and sore from arms... time for shitty movies and hopefully laying some pipe on the girlfriend for cardio.

This is the last week of gvt. We are then switching to 5x5 hybrid with weight increases each set with an fst7 capper on every workout (7x15). Joints are feeling good. Shoulders could be better but I feel that four hundred pound bench coming real soon... I would love to be doing it 5x5 by the end of 16 weeks. Ordering more gear this week too- MORE MORE MORE food, training and chems baby!
