Its like a reverse push up... a push up if gravity reversed and you were doing it on the ceiling. I used to do them on the smith machine... hook the bar a few feet off the ground and laying flat on your back pull your chest up to the bar.
 
You got it brother! How is the old chest feeling while growing after the surgery?

Feels great.. I forget what the doc called it but there is a small buildup I can feel on one side.. 2 weeks ago he said it should go away soon with massage but it hasn't yet.. I go back in 2 or 3 weeks and if it's not gone he's going to inject something in it to help it dissipate..

I am so fucking sick of chicken. Lately I have been using red hot brand sauce (sweet chili), maple syrup or just taking small bites and swallowing with water like a pill. Meatloaf is getting old.

Fish cooked, then frozen and thawed again sucks. Tuna is played out.

I think I am going to bake a turkey this weekend.

Who else uas good ideas for getting this food down that is palatable frozen in meal portions? Maybe a stirfry...
 
My uncle just gave me a deer to get processed, looks like I will be heading into my winter bulk on the right foot,venison roast in the crock pot with lots of potatoes and onions. One of my favs...

The end if this video ruined tuna for me, I opened a can the other day and instantly the smell of Ursula's pussy hit my nostrils, I was done.. Can't seem to shake that image..

im a big fan of diced ham if i can afford it. I like to cut up a shit ton of pre cooked ham butt , or whatever cutt, and slice it up into pieces. tupperwear it up, and add it to things like rice and beans.

I hear ya, that batch of meatloaf ,im almost through it.. fuck and it was only 10pounds..
 
Doing those with German volume training right now, boy you feel that shit.

They are an excellent lift. Honestly if there was a practical way to add weight on those overtime I would probably make it the main middle back exercise/horizontal row in my own training.

Highly underrated and underutilized lift imo, which is a shame because its amazing.

Agreed! I started doing the to take pressure off my shoulder joints from doing chins, and they are now a staple in my back routine.

One way is to vary your angle of incline/decline. Use a smith machine along with a stool or bench for your feet. Decline for beast-mode. It's not like adding a 45lb plate but it's something. I like these towards the end of back day.

It's also pretty easy to drop set like this. Max reps, move the bar up a notch, max reps, etc. Pretty soon you're struggling at near 90 degrees, baffling any onlookers that didn't catch the whole regimen.

Same in reverse for chest day. When I can't even push myself off of a wall, it's time to shower.

This is an excellent idea, I will have to try this out at some point.
 
Hey thought id throw out another meat meal idea out there. . was grabbing some meats today at wallyworld. found pork butt with bone in, pre smoked, for 1.60 # ! thats cheeper than my chicken breats at 1.99 #. grabbed a 15 # chunk. soak some pinto beans over night, and then add the pork and cook on low heat for a cple hours. made it before the Ham is the shit when its done soaked up all that bean flavor.
 
Rest day- my workout was force feeding myself. Having a tough time with eating- still getting in my goal macros and calories but I sure am not enjoying it.

Two girls at work commented on how much bigger my arms look and my girlfriend asked if I was worried about getting bigger so quick like I am... and this is week three. I ate two chicken breasts with maple syrup to celebrate!
