Brutus79 And Johnnyballz Cycle Log

back in the day, one of the best ways of telling if the Parabolin was real; immediately after injecting, you get a big taste of either in the mouth. I used it back in the late eighties and early nineties several times, if is real, you should get, big, thick and strong. It should act....more aggressively than regular tren from my experience.

The meatloaf idea has been on point. Been killing it for 3 weeks now. Love getting kale into my diet so my wife while this shit up and viola. One meal per day for the week is covered.

Gvt is pretty clear about 90 second max rest between sets (or less). That being said I find it impossible to do so on gear solely because of the back pump issue... really leg pumps get bad too. I keep it as close as I can but very mindful that an injury because I couldn't maintain form would sideline me for a while.

What is my point? That I do it wrong. The gvt program is also pretty clear that if you cannot maintain form perfectly with strict observation of rest time you are lifting too heavy- drop the weight. Unfortunately I "ego lift" far too often- and this log makes it worse because I want to report back astonishing lift totals to my meso brothers; hence rest times that are too long. Such is life.

As far as deadlifts it is my impression that they should never have been done in a gvt program- it is not a multiple rep exercise unless warming up. It is so imperative that you maintain proper form and fine tune your deadlift to the point where you don't have to think about every part of the movement that gvt fucks it all up. Its like major leauge baseball players that go in the home run derby and fuck up their swing and timing for the rest of the year. There is precious little value in reps done incorrectly and even less use of doing them repetitively the wrong way.

I did it to prove I could- no other good reason. My back hasn't felt right since and I will be dropping my max lifts to realign my movements... so it was really a waste of time and energy if you are looking for big lift totals one day. Deadlifts over 315 should be one and done- if you are repping you put the weight down and completely reset your body to a full stand to prepare for the next rep. This is just based on what I read- which is far too much in my girlfriends opinion. Bitch always wants attention- I'm on Meso bitch!

@CensoredBoardsSuck posted some great powerlifting articles back a few posts- a great resource I am working through. Www.elitefts.com has some awesome powerlifting logs and resources as well. I am no trainer- read up and make a decision based on your goals brother

Fast typed on a phone deal with typos!

Elitefts.com is a great resource for any kind of strength athlete. They have an unreal facility as well- your deadlift goes up 50 pounds as soon as you walk in the door!

Good work Brutus and JB. Friendly advice I see you guys did skull crushers. I know you were doing them relatively light but I would drop those fuckers, they have caused way more elbow damage than they have added size to triceps. Hundreds of tricep movements to choose from so plenty of good replacements.

I love that site- the things I read in those articles stays in my head forever... has lots of great tips on mechanics, nutrition and stuff, but also has great advice on mental preparation, dealing with frustration and not taking it too fast.

Fuck skullcrushers ... I never did them before this but jb has such majestic arms I thought they might be his secret. Hear that @johnnyBALLZ ?

Lots of old beat up guys like me on there who have been in the game a long time and have learned a few things along the way.

JB's arms aren't big because of skullcrushers I promise you that. Replace them with weighted dips, hits the tri's in a similar way and aren't nearly as tough on the elbows plus you can handle a lot more weight on dips.

Put on the dip belt, run the chain through 2 or 3 45's and have at it.

I wouldn't recommend adding these to your sessions either because if your like me there is a better chance of ending up crushing your nuts than pulling this lift off.

I firmly believe HEAVY skull crushers are the ultimate mass building exercise for triceps.. (2nd heavy close grip bench)

I've fucked my elbow up a few times with them though... Always the right.. I was going heavy until today and my left elbow has been feeling it but the right is ok... weird...

I'm curious how these slow concentrated lighter reps will treat me but I'll take your advice into further consideration MP.. :)

ive always found heavy bicep workouts kill my elbows...mostly my right ...

this is a great log btw...following it all the way through!

Ive noticed this too, especially on power cleans. If my grip is just slightly wide it'll put my elbows out of commision for a few days.

You guys are making some beastly gains, keep it up.
Spoken too soon... I am at zero pounds gained this week... losing some fat and all but not much business done on the scale... waking up at 261 bedtime at 265. Small swing = minimal water weight... I am realling hoping this fst 7 puts some mass on. I am also going to start my weekly weigh-ins on tuesday mornings.
